I try to be a good evaluator some day . And i try to look for good advice and schools to learn . this was the best thank you for good video and good advice .. I know it was long ago but this is timeless thank you !!!!

this is hilarious. the visuals really help us to "see" what kind of evaluations we're are giving. bun to contents ratios are key here, iow, balance positive feedback ---and evaluation energy with ideas for improvement.

Hi there, how did you get the grid with times in it at 15:23? I don't see anything like that on mine. I just have drop down lists with the times. One is for the hour and the other for the minutes. Thanks
