  Many whites do love Indian cooking with a little spice. It shouldnt be overwhelming. But what they dont realise is that a lot goes into cooking Indian cuisine - the spices, techniques, aroma, process and the color/plating of the food. I am not a chef but most Indians would ensure this is practised. Although Chicken tikka masala was invented in the UK, i would want it no other way but the Indian way. Well, nobody likes theur clothes smelling of food/curry.
