    Hay por favor, le llaman reserva a la privatizacion de las playas. Esas playas eran publicas, limpias y virgenes. Ahora pagas por entrar, por estacionamiento, hasta por agua, porque te la quitan en la entrada. Y esta lleno de negocios toda la orilla, ni te dejan ver el mar. Como me dueles mexico.

    Lo que sería MÁS que SUFICIENTE, es que paren definitivamente la construcción de nuevos desarrollos turísticos e inmobiliarios y de viviendas para extranjeros y gente que NO pertenecen a esa región de Tulum y cualquier área natural de México,,,,, ODIO esa voracidad por destruir la naturaleza 😭😭😭❗❗❗

    Between Azulik, Selvazama, 101 Tulum, and Faena Distict, is this area between Aldea Zamá and the beach the mos expensive on a per meter basis?

  • @junglerealtor
    @junglerealtor2 ай бұрын

    Yes, the area between Aldea Zama and the beach is among the most expensive in Tulum per square meter due to its prime location and luxury offerings. But if you're looking for affordable options with great investment potential, consider neighborhoods like La Veleta, Region 15 and Region 8. These areas offer lower prices and strong appreciation potential.

    Bacalar is one of the best places for real estate and it has so much opportunity and potential just,Ike Tulum and once Tulum dosnt have more space or something new is needed Bacalar will be there not far from the best beaches in the Mayan Rivera in Tulum and Si’aan Ka’an biosphere reserve with ruins south of Bacalar and north of Bacalar and crystal clear lagoons with jungle and green space and many space to build all it needs is its own town like Tulum s growing town right now and much more roads and some entertainment like the new club trends in Tulum that instead of a concrete jungle it’s a open holistic club with a shaman like vibe and it needs cafes and things like that ti attract what Tulum is attracting right now, the digital nomads. It also needs more homes and projects and some nice green restaurants and it’s own community. But it’s nice that there isn’t anything there as well because it’s preserving its historical view and if people start to go there like Tulum it’s not a beach it’s a lagoon making it much more sensitive to garbage and overuse and it’s clarity will go away and it can easily become polluted as well as the jungle and nature around it.

    @@disqorddoge1101Well I do understand the artistic view and approach to bring art with architecture and living space and that is what’s not just happening in Tulum but all of the Mayan Rivera and soon it will be happening in places like Florida, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Australia and Indonesia or the Philippines. But I also get the first person’s comments on the video because this is more art then s living space and I get it I love the new style coming to Tulum in Azulik and Francisco Uh may but I think it’s a bit to much, but one of my favourite architects is DNA Barcelona architects who recently one the Chinese design awards in 2022 with one of there holistic “tree house” designs, though what I think Azulik is more of a holistic experience and art gallery with a connection to Mayan culture and Indigenous American culture in general and Mother Nature and that is what they do mainly, Azulik pushes for people to understand who they are and what they are trying to accomplish for example in there resorts they push you to get closer together in a relationship by many ways for example the limitations of internet and electronics. They also provide many holistic experiences with Chamen and use of Ayawaska treatment and music therapy as well as psychedelic treatments for healing and meditation. There accomplishments for there residential idea are very low right now and it’s not a big focus too. But I still love there architecture very similar to DNA Barcelona architects, Holistika Tulum, Kan Tulum, Ajal Tulum, Kannan Tulum and Tulums boosting real estate architectural design.

    Thanks for your comment. It's true that Tulum has its share of challenges due to its rapid growth. As a young city, its accelerated development has led to issues commonly seen in other growing cities. Nearby cities like Playa del Carmen and Cancun faced similar problems, but eventually overcame them. Regarding your concerns about greed and dishonest behavior, we understand these frustrations. There are indeed some individuals that act irresponsibly, but there are also many locals and companies who are working hard to promote sustainable practices and minimize environmental impact. On the topic of infrastructure, it's no secret that Tulum has work to do. However, the federal government has made significant investments to improve the situation, such as building two stations for the Mayan Train, a new International Airport, and the National Jaguar Park. These projects suggest that there is a strong commitment to addressing Tulum's infrastructure issues. The real estate market can be complex, especially in rapidly growing areas. If you're concerned about overpricing or questionable practices, it’s crucial to work with developers who prioritize sustainability and transparent contracts. This can help ensure that your investment is sound and contributes positively to the community. We'd love to hear more about your experiences in Tulum! Are you a local, a frequent visitor, or someone who's invested in the area? What changes would you like to see to improve the situation?
