Please be advised that, if you wish to delete the data that has been backed up previously to your Microsoft account, you need to turn off the backup first. To proceed, you may access this link: msft.it/6056lpF1i. Please choose whether you are using Windows 10 or Windows 11. Then go to the section that says, "What do I do if I want to stop backing something up?" Once you've turned off backup, you can visit your Microsoft Account Devices page, find the Cloud synced settings section at the bottom of the page, and select Clear stored settings. Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks for your response. You can delete the backup by going to System Properties. Follow the steps below: 1. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog. 2. Type systempropertiesprotection and press Enter. 3. In the System Protection tab, select the drive you want to manage (usually C:) and click Configure. 4. In the new window, click the Delete button under the “Delete all restore points for this drive” section. 5. Confirm the deletion when prompted. If you have backups stored in your Microsoft account, you can clear them by logging into Your Microsoft Account. 1. Go to msft.it/6053lpflh and sign in. 2. Navigate to the Devices section. 3. Scroll to the bottom and click on Clear stored settings under the “Cloud synced settings” section. Let us know if you encounter any issues in following the steps. Keep us posted.

    I haven't setup the authenticator but being asked to enter the code generate from that. I got the login and password but cannot login to the only company account, how ridiculous that cannot login with any other 2FA that being set, but compulsory for MFA...

    If when you enter it asks you for a number to unlock your account and it still tells you to try another method, you have to turn off the Wi-Fi and use your mobile data, put incognito mode on Google and log in there, put your number and there Microsoft It will send you the code to unlock it.

    How do I fix the renew pin/password issue on the sign in screen? I have a Surface Laptop 5. I've been trying to sign in for the past few days, tried every pin I knew that would come to my mind but it just wouldn't work. It kept on saying that the password was wrong. I tried the shift+restart thing but it wouldn't do anything. I also tried the volume up+power button but it just led me to the Surface UEFI screen.
