Beautiful wheel landings.
I had lots of fun flying that week can’t wait till next year
NOBODY WHANTS TO SEE THIS💀💀💀💀
I love my Hitec chargers
kzread.info/dash/bejne/fIV6k9qQm7WdeJs.htmlsi=8wjnKHsHKMEpD9UI Flys just like my original… a great ARF
Got my check. Great program and easy to sign up.
Good delivery of data - real A to B ! I appreciate the cadence with no “hem’s or AHay’s” and exactly the flying I enjoy.
Hey, my airplane is in there at 00:16!
What is the news on the DJI ban?
It was a joy meeting all of you there at the AMA nats,
Tons of my friends/fellow competitors in this one. It's great, but sad, some of them are no longer with us. Seeing them at their peak (like my dear friend Bob Whitely and his magnificent 'stach, Bill Fitzgerald and his infamous pen doing the judging). I note that the main guy in the aerobatics section is still very much with us, although his hair is much, er, "compact" an gray - Bob Hunt.
What a wonderful movie. I have many memories of old friends that make this hobby so great. Jack I love you. Don't step on my lines , all 6 of them> LOL
I grew up with this from age 4. It taught me craftsmanship skills and applied science. I grew up to be on the team that built the 757, CH47D and the V22. Still flying control line models age 68.
Hey there’s a kid still doing it and it’s me and I love it!!!!!!
i have a 40 twin...starts and runs well ( with no remote ignition kill) but can not get its idle low enough, and using a remote kill switch on the ignition lead causes it to hunt and mis-run...so haven't been able to resolve these issues and fly it yet - you need a remote ignition kill on these petrol engines.
I came for the first time and I'm having a blast!
"This starter engine is A GOOD INNOVATION MR. FITZ. WE NEED MORE MODELS LIKE THIS TO GIVE THE OPERATOR A REALISTIC FEEL WITHOUT THE HAND HELD STARTER MOTOR ASSEMBLY APPLIED TO THE SPINNER FOR ROTATION SET IGNITION. I FEEL? AN ELECTRIC MOTOR IS O.K, BUT? GAS IS THE WAY TO GO, THE OPERATOR WILL UNDERSTAND STall AND RECOVERY DUE TO MIXTURE THROTTLE SETTINGS. ALSO? FOR NONE EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES IN AN Aviation ACADEMY TRAINING CENTER IT IS A GOOD TOOL TO USE DURING THE TRAINING EXERCISES. I FEEL IT WOULD ENCOURAGE MORE POTENTIAL PILOTS AND FUTURE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL For regulated flights." 👍
Very interesting lecture. Learnt a lot, thank you Al
Model Cessna 150?☺️😍😲
I had the privilege of flying gliders with Walt in West Michigan back in the 80s. A very nice man.
Nice video. Great narration voice. Another new engine from,,,,,China? Same price as DLE except with a starter, or 470 without starter. I was wondering for over 65 years when someone would come out with a starter. I like the one wheel landings. Impressive. Nice fun plane.
What a bright and funny guy!
Good morning from Brazil! Please, what were the dimensions of the rubber strip? Super Sport 3/16" ? or 1/8" What is the loop length?:
Why can't the audience just shut up?!
Wow, a very interesting looking color and graphics scheme on this airplane. And once again, Terry did a fantastic job on his video review of this aircraft! He certainly knows how to point out all of the great features of a wonderful looking product!
thank you!
Civil Air Patrol 1st Lieutenant Leo Liberio said that I can not be a member of the Civil Air Patrol because I fly RC planes with Hemet Model Masters.
My new hearing aids are now lost after two days and constant questioning. Horizon Hobbies scammed me out of $602 one day ago and I have not gone on the site in SIX MONTHS. FRAUD investigation is on going. Maybe next year I can get back to Model Plane building as this is the third scam this year and the raising interest rates to 30% has forced me out.
Our control Line Club in Denver, the Rocky Mountain Aeromodelers, will be having a fun fly at my place, (Area 34) during that weekend for those who can't make it out to Muncie. It will be very cool to have the boats their this year!
Looking forward to it! Been coming since the first one.
As long as it's nice on Saturday, I'll bring my witch out that I was flying at Joe Nall. Kids should enjoy that
Nick Zeroli , is not chopped liver he is a pioneer also! Kit model’s and plans
UNREAL!!! I love it! I had a blast! Thank you AMA and MultiGP! My man BendFPV from Canada made the video! Cheers bro!
Any experience with using a 11.7v battery?
Toy airplane are NOT drones. Not everyone has access to an FRIA approved fling site!! Thanks for letting us down by not keeping pressure to separate fixed wing aircraft AMA!!!!
Love that 20cc sound!
I'm amazed that they didn't got a visit from the military, fbi or cia, because they invented a device that could control a apparatus from a distance, so then you would think that the government, fbi or cia would be worried as hell, because when 2 simple civilians could make this, then the enemy could make weapons that could attack the USA from a long distance and far away from the battlefield itself, so that should have sounded very scary to those who were in power.
IMO I think a model control line plane built for speed should still look like a plane. a fuse with one wing is not a plane. Speed run cars model or 1:1 still resemble cars.
Great video, those of us who love R/C Soaring history feel truly blessed to see this tribute for Dwight Holey and his beautiful Gobbler! I’m trying to find this particular magazine (Model soaring January 1982 issue) with the 1981 F3B World Champs report described in the video… if anyone can share info please help my search. Regards Tasos.
A little powder and paint makes a girl what she ain't. This is a Citabria. You know this. I know this. Everybody knows this. I'm guessing that the target demographic doesn't care, as long as it hovers.
Great video Jonathan! Just like watching your U-tube channel. Great explanations of things. Compliments the article in Aviation magazine as well. Fred Weaver from Oregon, USA.
Thanks Fred
Very nice
Great review Terry!
hey nice video , but i got a big question, what happens when the airplane is flight straight down ? the clunk will remain at the bottom of the tank isn't ? so how the fuel will be suck by the line ? thanks
Triple Tree Magic!
Big money people who make useless videos...
With control line...the nostalgia runs thick. Sterling, Goldberg, Fox, Midwest.... Simpler times and boys will be boys.
Good video. Like your disposition.
The one I got, and evidently many others got, will barely take off. I had to put 4S in mine just to get it off the ground, and even then it was still a dog.
