I played in a lot of bands when I lived in Holland. Mostly punk rock, like The Treat, Durango and The Ace-Tones (sixties, garage punk). Then I moved to Canada and played for some time in The Mata Haris (punk rock again) in Montreal.
I'm not into 'shouting' punk, but old school 77 punk, like the Ramones and Sex Pistols. I like stuff like Rammstein too.
Now I'm just dicking around, recording songs at home.
I don't have any fancy equipment. Just a cheap Squier guitar and a Peavey Bandit.
I just bought a Pearl drumkit (March, 2010). I wanna do a lot of Ramones drum covers and also from now on with all the collaborations I'll be doing the drums.

Very nice! I hadn’t heard that one before, though I see that Marc and Ann Savoy recorded it. @BmoreBusker’s accordion looks like it might have even have been made by Marc.

I cannot explain the aesthetics of your drumming, but I know for sure that you got this drumming style down just like Tommy/ Marky ( Richie too ). Great stuff! Gabba Gabba Hey!
Tommy would be proud. Marky too if he's watching. GABBA GABBA HEY!
Thanks! 👍
@@Adje1960 You're welcome. I've been a Ramones fan since June 78. After my brother picked up their first album and gave it to me thinking I might like it,.The next day I threw away all of my other albums except for the Beatle albums. I've been to many of their concerts and well worth the $20-25 tickets I paid for them. You could sit next to Marky and play and you'd be twins on the drums. HEY HO LETS GO!
Same here. I bought their first album and went to see them every time they came in my neighborhood. More than 30 times and every time it was a blast!
@@Adje1960 Wow! thirty times. You must be a Ramones fan. lol. I've been to about ten of their concerts. You got me beat. But, at their last concert in Chicago, I aquired a set of Marky Ramones drumsticks that he just finished playing about the first fifteen songs that night. Reason being is that I did characture art work of each Ramone on four seperate t shirts, took em to the concert, Marky seen em and wanted em. I then asked him what he would give me in exchange for them. He then reached in his back pocket and gave me the drumsticks he just finished playing the last song with. Best show in town!
@@ArtfromBerwyn-cw5op wow very cool! 😎 I first saw them in 78. Small venue, about 200 people there. And now that I'm in my sixties, I still love em. Not a week goes by without playing some songs of them or watch some KZread videos of them.
GABBA GABBA HEY!
Awesome 👌

Love the new tune, keys are awesome and the hat ! That was Hot 🔥!!
Where did that epic cover go son
much respect! you doing a seriously impressive job my friend! as a hobby drummer myself, i know how difficult it is to get that thing right. i am a live lover, and had not really listen much to any ramones albums, their live's tempo is quite up, from the records.. ramones were so much about energy, energy on a molecular level! they were not one of those bands who aged well, and everything they did after richie, was disastrous. it's my honest opinion, despite the fact that they are pretty much in my top 3 bands of all time. other two would be the live period of raw power stooges, an j.t. and the heartbreakers.
Thanks! I've been a fan ever since their 1st album came out. Seen them over 30 times live. It was always great fun!
@@Adje1960 you'r very lucky. i started listen to them late in life. around 30. i'm from 1986. too young) but there is a fantastic Ramones concert from my birthday on youtube, 15 may 1986, it's full footage. i'm sure you know it) i was lucky to see my favorite performer 16 times, which is Iggy! and most times on their Stooges reunion tours, with both Asheton brothers.. got to meet them and made great contact.. some of my best memories in life.. even got live recording where we sing together! i was every time onstage - real cool time.
Sounds GREAT!
Thanks!
OUTSTANDING!
Still play and share this every few weeks! Totally Awesome!
Thank you very much Vince!
Amigo, excelente toque, muy bien logrado la mezcla de 2 géneros musicales tan diferentes, saludos desde Colombia-Sur América.
