This is mystery for me Regarding Finland visa, it does not matter if you got Finland visa , you still can go to Cyprus or Greece. It is normal to travel across Europe and in EU one visa from Finland will actually cover all your traveling from Portugal to Finland and down to Cyprus

  If they email you to collect the passport then you need to go. Otherwise they will courier passport with refusal letter

  My sister got Portugal tourist visa with travel history of Nepal only. She earns around 30k only. Though she applied with her colleagues as her employer sent them there for some work for around 2 weeks, that might have helped.
