    lagta hai aap kehna chahte ho ki ghee or oil mix karne se tabiyat to kharan nahin hogi... ji nahin aisa nahin hoga... or agar apko fir bhi doubt ho to aap sirf ghee ya sirf oil ka use kar sakte ho ghewar fry karne ke liye.

    sodium benzoate bahut hi kam matra mein dalta hai 1 chutki se bhi kam or wo bhi jam jab pakkar ready ho jaye tab. par main aapko suggest karoongi ki agar aapko 3-6 mahine ke liye store karna hai to aise hi fridge mein air tight container mein store kar leinbilkul kharab nahin hoga. main bina sodium benzoate ke ise 1 saal tak bhi store kar chuki hoon wo bhi fridge mein or sugar agar jyada dalenge to bina sodium add kiye room temperature par bhi kharab nahin hoga 6 months ke liye.

    चीनी के बिना भी बन सकता है उसके लिए आप इलाइची को थोडा सा भून लें या धुप में रखकर फिर पीसें वरना एलैची अच्छे से नहीं पिसती |

    चीनी से पाउडर बहुत ही आसानी से और बारीक पिस जाता है इसलिए चीनी डाली और ज्यादा समय तक फ्रेश भी रहता है...

    Hi Rima ji , thanks for watching my videos and liking my recipes , yes of course I can tell you . you can easily make pizza in bati oven or bati maker just preheat bati oven on high flame for 10 minutes , then place the pizza in pizza tray yes, please yse a tray or plate don't put the pizza directly on the net as we put batis , for first 5 minutes on high flame then as it rise then lower the flame to medium for 10 minutes . so total cooking time is 15 to 20 minutes depending upon size and thickness of pizza base . first 5-7 minutes on high flame then last 10 to 12 minutes on medium flame. you can also check in between. I hope it will help.

    I have tried this recipe today. It turns out good but it's little less sweet and little bit in a heaver side. What should I do now. Please help me

    Hi Dear Hadia, If these buns are less sweet for you you can add some more sugar to the dough while kneading or in milk . but these should not be dense, actually may be we did not added any improver or gluten here so these can not be as good as bakery or market one so if you use eggs then you can add eggs to the diough it will make them moist and fluffy.. thanks for trying my recipe .

    sorry for late reply Use 1/2 cup +2tbsp sugar +1 egg + 200 ml milk for making them soft and little more sweet . add 2 tbsp. sugar and 200ml milk and yeast together and then when yeast is ready then add rest of the sugar ,egg and flour and then knead the dough and in the end you can add butter or oil. please share your feed back after trying the recipe.

    ji main sodium benzoate use nahin karti kyonki wo chemical hai.. aap 1 tsp lemon juice ya citric acid 2 pinch use kar sakte ho waise agar sugar jyada ho to waise hi ye jam kharab nahin hota or agar aap fridge mein rakhenge to ye 6 mahine aaram se chal jata hai....

    usha ji , 1 cup 250 ml ka hota hai matlab aap usmein jo bhi liquid loge jaise doodh, pani oil wo 240 ml hi aayega... lekin agar cheeni, maida ,milkpowder, , atta koi bhi dry cheez loge to weight mein alag alag hogi jaise 1cup maida 120 gm hota hai cheeni 1 cup mein 200 gm aati hai , isi tarah milk powder lagbhag 130 se 150 gm aata hai... isliye main cup or gm dono ka meaisurement deti hoon.. or please gulab jamun ke liye full fat wala milk powder hi lijiyega jaise ki patanjali .. ya fir 1-2 tsp cream mila lijiyega to gulabjamun soft banenge...
