  I am really late to this video but I can't thank you enough for this. I thought I'd have to reset through the OBD which I don't havea scanner. I've just completed a head gasket and cambelt change on a 2014 Ford Ka. I think I messed up a couple of times and faults were stored. I got the engine running perfectly but still had an engine management light up. This cleared all of the faults and now I have a clear dashboard cluster. I'm not a mechanic by any means, (I'm in construction) but I have what can be described as a healthy interest in mechanics.....the big take away for me is.....never give up! Gaz.

  Well done. Mechanics mostly ain’t a difficult task but as long as you take your time. Also as long as people know their limits most things can be achieved. You must have seen in your trade when someone thinks they can do it cheeper and then it ends up costing double.   Sounds like the resistor has gone again. I would advise getting the fan motor checked or replaced as I think this maybe causing your issue. Please keep us updated.

  Hi mate. I got a 2020 Ford focus and your reset was at 8% mine says 0% . I get to the 0% and press ok but nothing happens after that. Does it have to go mack to ford to be reset. Thanks Chris.

  If you hold down the ok it should reset. If not hold down brake and accelerator pedal and turn the ignition on. Keep pedals depressed for 30 seconds and it should reset

  I have a different problem. I get that every day the last week. 2 weeks ago I change the feathers on both left front and right front. After that I bought 4 new tires and went for wheel alignment. But i get that lamp every day. I need a solution so i dont need to co firm my pressure of the tires every day. And yes, i have check my tires and they have same pressure so that isnt the case. What can be wrong? Greatful for any advice.

  And I think the handbook says something like - then drive for ~30 minutes @ 25mph or more for the computer to calibrate. Presume\hope this is cumulative if you're doing short journeys!

  You may find the resistor and motor have gone. I would think this would be your issue.

  I do have the same problem, but not with the heater. It's the button for the air direction. Any idea? At first the direction button was very stiff and now it doesn't do anything. So now I do get air on my feet, front window and the air vents....

  I can’t remember how much we charged as this was a while ago but I would imagine it would have been around £70 fully fitted. Hope this helps.
