  *i would check the Microfarad reading* this meter is not able to read microfarad (uF) to test capacitance. this method is only a very crude indication anyway and won't tell you anything about any other faults the capacitor may have *still an excellent video*

  Do you have to Prime the carb AFTER it is warmed up to restart? I have a new YG1650 and after it is hot and I turn it off to empty the bag. Most of the time I have to Prime it once to restart, do you?

  I prime it for first time start only after that it does not need.

  @yaseen2675 ​​⁠I used .75 cup of sugar. If you adding more rice increase sugar quantity accordingly. If you adding more sugar you can melt sugar in same quantity of water - no need to add extra water to melt sugar. Rice got sticky could be because sugar was dried up and it started to stick with rice. Also if you use Sella rice those are always preferable for zarda.
