My suggestion to anyone who is thinking about making a living day trading or swing trading or simply trading stocks or options, please don't do it! It is not worth it. You will not only lose money and but you will deal with lots of stress, anxiety and depression. This is not an easy thing to do. It is the hardest way of making money. I don't care about all the courses, tecniques and whatever else people are selling out there. None of them will work. I can safely tell you that if any of these systems consistently worked for people, they would not teach them. They would not waste their time putting together courses. They would just make tons of money trading themselves. Please save yourselves lots of trouble and stay away from trading. If you definitely want to get involved in investing, just regularly buy SPY (S&P 500 ETF) and let it sit for many years and don't even think about it.

when people say there is no strategy that works forever, i think that's simply not true, mean reversion and trend following strategies have worked from day 1 of the stock market and still work, im not sure why people keep saying that.

@UnbiasedTradingGoshawkАй бұрын
I prefer higher win rate due to lower drawdowns and less dependent on anyone trade. Win rate varies over the strategies but normally 50%+.

It’s actually better watching you speak like this, not feel like you read entirely off script. At least to me, It is easier to follow and understand you due to more interaction. Regardless of that, congrats on your successful month Goshawk. Just want to say at your age, you are immensely successful and thanks for keeping spreading knowledge everyday. Looks a little choppy but the trend does appear to be moving upwards. It would be interesting to know the total trades taken year to date, and see the in-sample equity curve of this portfolio for the 12 months prior to going live. Key Lesson on overfitting was nicely explained, finding that balance is a challenge. Great video, love the length of these videos too.
