It look like Spain, very different.
We went there the other day… while doing the grocery. But we did not reach these single homes.. we reached up to the condo or clustered type homes… like a military compound. 😊. Though the house interior is beautiful 🌹. We just sold one of our properties in Valencia. We are looking for 1-3 acres lot, as we live in a ranch for over 30 years now. The Closely- lined homes subdivision might not be approved by my hubby. 👨
It definitely has a compound-like feel, some might say “Stepford-Wives” type vibe lol. (One of my clients said that as we were driving through) but I will say I do kinda love how they are creating one big Community of neighbors and friends. Kinda cool what they have going on up there in Valencia. Thanks so much for watching. This townhouse is absolutely beautiful but doesn't have a lot of closet space tho only problem! :)
Yep I’ll have to agree, lack of storage was the one negative I noticed. I think the idea was to maximize liveable floor area, but may raise an issue for those with an extensive wardrobe lol. And yep it looks great in person too, honestly good quality throughout.
