  Hi Paul the resort is busy I believe that there are more people living full time now on La Torre than ever before with more commercial properties opening soon I understand that a Chinese restaurant is opening very soon.

  Hi not sure about the XL Bullies think there were a few minor incidents with dogs barking at each other and some people being frightened by it. Not seen anything like that myself tho

  Hi Michael I don't live here full time I come our about ten weeks or so over the year. When I retire i will come more and use it as a base. The bars and restaurants are quieter through the winter months but are still open. If I was coming out to live I would invest a lot more and live in Malaga area if I'm honest but the properties are a value purchase in this area though the fees are quite high. It suits our needs for now

  Hi big gaz. I watched a few of your videos having been out there myself on la torre. Was looking at buying a place there like you have. Can you tell me what it's like owning a place there because what puts me off a little is I went out in early May and it was incredibly quiet so the winter months it must be like a ghost town with everything shut.

  The properties on the resorts are usually only listed with one agency. I think in most cases prices are negotiable but large discounts are rare now as demand has grown on La Torre Golf

  Hi gaz, we are from Belgium and interested in buying property in la torre golf. BUT, would be better to use a real estate agency from the resort itself? Or one from outsider the resort? Maybe there can be a big price difference for the same property? Perhaps you can give us some more information about this! Best regards, Chris

  Hi Andy I think you can get a bus from Roldan to Murcia there are 4 departures per day. Roldan is a 25 minute walk from La Torre Golf Resort about 3km. There a bus to Los Alcazares on the coast and obviously places in between. There is a railway station in Balsicas a small town just a few km from La Torre

  We bought an apartment on La Torre we got at a fair price it's a base for us to travel about all over the southern Mediterranean areas of Spain. It depends on your circumstances really if you're going to live permanently or visit for holidays if you've got children, if you'll need to work.

  I think once you've had a look around the resorts and the local area you'll know if it's for you. We love it here I probably manage 10 weeks a year at the moment.

  Love having my villa there , such a relaxing place , they need to stop the young ones drinking to much in the bars and lower the prices as it’s not to far to go to Roldan or balsicas to eat and drink

  @@biggazinspain two separate things , I think they should lower the prices to eat and drink on site and also stop the young kids drinking, they don’t ask for identification and they let them drink to much , then they are fighting and throwing up outside , but that’s in the summer , we are from West Yorkshire, might see you in the clover some time 😊

  Yea dogs are allowed I tend to make videos earlier in the day so not filming lots if people just for a privacy reasons. I'm back over in March we don't live there we have an apartment which we visit as often as possible. I will do some videos of the bars and restaurants on the resort.
