My dad was a big Bristow comic strip fan growing up. I don’t know if he was aware of it being produced on radio. Unfortunately, he passed away ten years ago so I have no way of knowing. I think he would have loved it. An expat listening in S Florida.

I have learnt that the "Jewish conspiracy" comments by the neighbour in no way represents Buchan's beliefs. Appparently Hitler labelled Buchan a "Jewish sympathizer". I presume the comments may be meant to make the person producing them a nutcase.

Hi Ade, I keep coming back to the Toff radio series. Highly enjoyable and much appreciated. I was wondering, do you have something called Poison Farm: A murderer unmasked after 60 years? It was on Radio 4 Extra last week in five 1/4 hour chunks and was narrated by Robert Lindsay. It's a true crime murder mystery from 1938. I tried (unsuccessfully) to record it myself. Thanks.

Thanks for the rapid response Ade. Just a long shot really. Poison Farm is a great listen, if you ever get the chance to catch it. It only ever seems to come up every 10 or so years on the BBC for some reason.
