The exact fees varies depending on the course you want to read. For freshers, the fees range from 5,146.09 to 6,815.84 cedis.

Electrical engineering cutoff point is 07. You can apply but the probability of you gaining admission is very low.

Those numbers are the cutoff points meaning your total aggregate should not exceed the number stated for a particular course otherwise you may not gain admission.

Yes you need to rewrite the maths. You can buy the forms and apply but it is unlikely you will gain admission.
