You have to embrace the whole underground Lofi Hip Hop culture. DJs use this a lot for one shot samples. Others like me, just hate using a DAW for music. It's Hella powerful. Once I figured it out, I love it.

Right now it is selling for $116 which, going by this very honest and much needed review, is way too much. Honestly doesn't look much better than Captain Plugins really, procedurally generated notes based on a pre set parameter.

Thanks! You can modulate it with LFOs or envelopes within the plugin itself, and in your DAW you should be able to automate it no problem.

Congrats on the PE Gabe! I find your approach to life so refreshing to see in this KZread ecosystem. You are a great role model for the younger generation imho (from my "old" 45yo point of view at least). Otherwise, it's always a pleasure watching your stuff and to me, I love just seeing you build tracks and your process while doing so as it's useful for myself when I'm finally able to put a few hours into doing music. There are more than enough channels doing reviews and trying to trigger our GAS already, that's not why I watched your channel in the first place.

@@BeatGoblin awesome man! And no, it's the latest beta of the community firmware. It adds so much. Mutable instruments reverb, performance view, automation view, new delays, filters and arpeggiators. The list goes on and on. There is one stable community firmware out, but this new beta is kind of a step above. Either way, take your time. Official firmware is still decent, it's just the latest community firmware fixes a lot of the issues I had with it.
