WeCanEduTech provides free comprehensive how-to videos showcasing the latest educational technologies for teaching and learning. We hope that our videos will inspire you to create technology enhanced learning environments that will motivate your learners to engage, innovate and create.
I am an instructional designer at a university. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit and our students had to stay home, we were faced with the enormous challenge of finding ways to teach remotely. This transition had to be quick, efficient and seamless. Fortunately, there were technologies available to us to facilitate this.
My university had an entire team dedicated to help and support educators during this transition. But what about educators who did not have that support. I wanted to help.
And so WeCanEduTech was created.
Education is changing. We plan to upload a new video weekly so please subscribe and turn on notifications so that you remain up to date.

Thanks for the awesome tutorial. Have a quick question on the Settings option of Knowledge Check. In my environment, while I click to Edit/Add a knowledge check question, I can see the Content tab where I can add questions, answer choices, feedback, but I don't see that "Settings" tab at the top. Is it limited to some user? I want to hide correct answers for the user, so that they can try multiple times, but I don't see that control anywhere.
Thanks for your question @DeepakMohanty. By default, learners can attempt knowledge check questions multiple times until they get the correct answer. The correct answer is not revealed immediately if a learner answers incorrectly. You don't need to change any settings to allow this behavior for knowledge checks. It happens by default. You can also provide custom feedback messages for correct and incorrect responses. A quiz on the other hand is different from a knowledge check and you will have access to various settings options you could manipulate. I hope this helps.

My company uses the breakout rooms as a virtual office. I came to your video to find out if you knew if we can create the breakout rooms in a csv file without assigning participants.
@financialfreedomactivate Hi. Just double checking whether you got through or not. At the 8:33 mark in the video, I talk about creating the breakout rooms in a csv file. But in my example I assign the participants in the csv file as well. But in your case, all you would be doing is adding the names of the rooms in your csv file. Then upload your csv file as in the video. When the host starts the Zoom meeting, click on breakout rooms and then click on the gear icon in the lower left (next to the 'Recreate', 'Add Room', 'Open All Rooms' buttons)of the breakout rooms dialogue box . There you will get additional options. Check the box "Allow participants to choose room". This way when participants join the meeting they can choose the breakout room they want to join.
