Hong kongers in🇬🇧,結束香港私房菜,遠赴英國經營小店 🍳pandora mea box 主打亞洲風味同香港美食,希望為英國美食荒漠帶來新體驗。
因為為食所以不停煮野食🥗🍖,由家庭小菜,西餐,前菜小食至甜品會去煮,所以開埋呢個channel,同大家一齊搞下英國新『煮』意🥰。
小店地點 bury BL9 0AY, 非常近tram station,有時間就黎探下我啦

    可以既🥰,麵包食唔哂,用保鮮袋裝好放入冰箱,想食時解凍後用微波爐翻熱30-40秒,一樣好食(解過凍就唔好再冰反了)

    Bread flour就已經係高筋麵粉了,另外重有一種strong white flour ,蛋白質含量再高啲

    咁就可以掉反轉了,先將所有乾材料放入大碗,再加雞蛋同水,水可以留反20-40g,唔夠先加,以免過濕

    我2樣配方都有試過好多次唔同比例,但我覺得英國既麵粉偏粗,筋性較高,所以溝薄黎做,口感較好

    用脱水奶粉,任何西超都有,通常放係咖啡粉,紙盒裝牛奶(未開唔洗放雪櫃果種long life 奶),或烘焙附近
