I have thoroughly audited your channel over the past few days and identified an issue - your channel's SEO score is very low, which is hindering its expected growth. Hey Dr.Jannine, Hope you are doing fantastic. I am not sure this is relatable to you. I have reviewed your channel " The Health Fix Podcast". I am assisting Fitness Trainers with their Social Media promotion ie KZread Video SEO/FB Ads/Google Ads. Your video content is pleasing and I enjoyed it very much. Look, you have uploaded 535 videos and achieved 725 subscribers and your videos are not viewed and subscribed that much. The numbers should be more than they are now. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target viewers. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views.. So you need to optimize your KZread channels & do video SEO organically then your channel will rank & grow very fast and monetization of your channel will be on if you wish. I have been assisting my clients to improve those issues for the last five years. For more details, I can arrange a Google Meet / Zoom meeting at your convenience. Are you interested in improving those issues?

The most important relationship you have in life is the one you have with yourself. If you grow up knowing what path you'll going to take at that time, you are naturally aligned with what you've body is telling you to do. You can get this feeling at any age, but the early you get it, it can grow with you and be apart of who you are as a person. Remember you are the creator of you're life onces you are responsible for it. Ask yourself why you live the way you do and why you follow the path less travel because it's okay to be different than what is trends in the world. It takes a very mature and confident mindset for us to be unsettled by are ambitious and keep moving forward. Thanks so much for all these insights into a life that i did longer before any of this information was available to me.

Awesome conversation. I've heard you share some of float tank experience before and nice to hear more aspects of your experience Graham. The closest I've experienced to being enveloped by pure Love is when I receive communion ... not often to that profound an experienc. but almost always to some extent. That's a big part what keeps me going to Mass ... receiving the source of pure love truly present, being in community, serving others and experiencing the Creator’s pure love in others. Has your mother ever shared that kind of experience in her faith path? I so appreciate your curiosity and your respect for the unique spiritual paths of others. Thanks Graham.

Well, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I just go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Cyst Guide and now I feel as light and relaxed as I've ever been.

Last night I had jaw pain from sinus. Thought it was from my wisdom tooth. And speaking of vibrating the jaw, I own an electric toothbrush. I should've used that to calm the pain, but instead i took extra strength Tylenol at around 5:45 in the morning. Couldn't sleep too from the runny and stuffy nose dilemma I was dealing with till around 9:30AM, I finally found common ground to wrap a single piece of tissue and stick them through both nostrils. Finally had a good rest for about 4-5 hours.
