I’m so happy I’m not the only one who gets upset with the gf like she does way to much like girl he repeatedly told you stop and that he can take it at lunch it was not gonna hurt her to wait 5 min tops for him to go and take the disk to Jane and then go take the vitamin or like he said he can just take it at lunch like she’s way to clingy and it seems like he doesn’t like it most of the time either he always have to tell her to calm down. And why is she following him around when she should be with her mentor 😂😂😂😂 I’m sorry but I would have had to tell her to either get her mind together or she’s fired cause since she came to the place she hasn’t done anything she needs to beside always either blow her bf phone up or be around him destructing him from his job I’m ready for her to chill and I’m happy they stood up to that boy harassing them I hate people like that it’s disgusting to me honestly I would have told Jane or a hirer up cause even when they said stop and told him off he kept going until the man stepped in and all they did was say he’s wrong he needs to be in trouble in my opinion

for me, first is kudos for the script writers for making this great story for the series especially this particular EP. the writers erased many characters in the manga but they did salvaged valuable characteristics from those and incorporated them into the remaining characters so well that the story still made sense and in harmony but also unique as well. and secondly, kudos for all the actors for making the script especially wonderful and exciting even though it's not that kind of a rollercoaster ride, but i'm very happy and satisfied with the waves it brought into my heart.

the JP version has a toxic teacher? woah~ i'm sorry i haven't watched it. in the manga they don't have it though. Instead Atom/Aoki have a 2nd year college student senior as tutor which has a little problem with Aoki when he saw Aoki holding hands with Ida on a bridge. That tutor thought Aoki has that usual attitude with boys/men around him and he felt Aoki was the same with him too. Prior to that, Aoki and that tutor had a very good relationship because Aoki often consults his worries with Ida. This homophobia misunderstanding was only resolve when that tutor "saved" Aoki from a foreign/tourist old man who just asked for direction from Aoki. That tutor's girlfriend explains to Aoki that he's just like Aoki who overthinks/worries a lot too but in fact that tutor just don't know to act/respond to queer folks as Aoki is his first personal encounter. Ida almost confronted that tutor after he knew Aoki's difficulty. PS. is this comment annoying? please accept my apology if you got annoyed. 😅🙏✌

OHHH OMG so in the JP version he sees him with the tourist and assumes he is selling himself BECAUSE he is gay. It was so messed up. Ida basically goes off on him and sticks up for Aoki.

@@BLChef-blove yes because Aoki personally guided the tourist to the hotel since it's hard to explain how to reach the place. thanks to this incident, Aoki got to explain himself after the tutor scolded him and properly introduced Ida as his boyfriend. And after this whole misunderstanding, they got back to how they were before and ever since, Aoki always asks his tutor's advice whenever he got a problem with Ida. This tutor actually have a much bigger role in the manga than Ida's bestfriend so i hope this can be shown in the series. TBH when Aungpao was introdiced as one of the casts, i thought he will be the tutor.

I haven’t seen the JBL but this Thai version is different than the manga. Some of the things are similar like Kongthap telling his friends about Atom, the break-up, Kongthap going to karaoke with the team, Kongthap’s confession and Mudmee throwing the cupcake away, but they happen in different parts of the story. In the Manga it’s a tutor (not a teacher) who is homophobic. It’s not as bad as it sounds in the JBL. The tutor comes around after Aoki calls him out, he learns to be accepting and they have a good relationship afterwards. I really like this change though, it’s different, but a powerful message to give Atom a queer mentor. Someone to talk to, and seek guidance, because he desperately needs it.

for me, in the manga, that tutor was not that homophobic. that tutor is somewhat similar to Kongthap where he doesn't know how to deal with queer things coz it's obviously he's first time dealing with situation like Aoki's, which was also a misunderstanding. 😊

i personally think they changed it because gemfourth are unable to not make heart eyes at each other for more than half an episode 🤣 no but for real, i do like how the different versions represent the different cultures in a great way, I also think the internalised homophobia was WAY more present with Aoki than it is with Atom throughout the whole show, and I enjoy both shows in their own way! x

It's so weird that I relate to Khonthap so heavily. I am well into my 20s and never had a crush on someone. The only two relationships I had were people who asked me out and I said yes because I thought that's how you get to know someone. I still ended up liking them in the relationship but it wasn't so much in the beginning. So it's just so jarring that I can relate so much to Khonthap's way of thinking and approach to the situation. It kind of makes me feel silly that I'm at this age and don't understand how it feels to like or have a crush on someone. Honestly if it did happen, I probably wouldn't know it was happening or how to handle it.

i have not seen the Japanese vers and im very glad they changed the teacher. i personally would rather not see that and i dont feel like it would fit this verison of the story. (side note i googled and there is low acid coffee thst you can get)

I think both versions fit the culture of the countries that they're coming from. Thailand is a lot more open to the lgbt community than Japan and I love how that's been reflected throughout the show without changing the story significantly.

You are right. They changed all the „darker“ stuff to healthier things. The girl with the obsession for a teacher is in the Thai version in love with her best friend. And the homophobic teacher is now a role model for Atom. It was actually a great move : The fact that our knowledge about the Japanese version made all the viewers equally anxious about the teachers reaction together with Atom. So we could relate to his fears a lot more. They may have disneyfied the source material. But like the fairytales: for the Bretter. One last point: again you were so worked up in your feedback that we could not see your reaction to the preview. Sigh. 😔 😂 guess we will see next week if you were unspoilered

for me, TH version erased many characters from the manga but still incorporated those characteristics/contributions to the remaining characters in the story. like that girl being merged with Kongthap and Khaopun's childhood friend and how Aoki's sister's importance was also merged Aoki's tutor into the new character in this series which is the chef. and i'm liking how the story still made sense. 😊

don't get me wrong i love the japanese version but this ep helped me realize how much i prefer the thia version of my love mix up the story telling is so perfect and im happy they didnt make the teacher terrible or have the girl student like and ask out the teacher like they did in the other one i was so stressed about that i cant wait to see what else they did different for the thia version

I am so annyoed I've heared sb "complain"(more jokingly) about the kissing technologies and now I see it too never thought bout that before. But I also think "Keep in mind the birth years of the Cast go from 1998-2003 it's not like everyone has done everything in their Teens and NC scenes are weird no matter which sexual-orientation you have or are supposed to have on screen. Like imgaine having to it with a complete stranger (since shows are shot so out of order you can have the last scenes be the first being shot) while a Team of 10 people is watching and recording you.... I have spent to much time to watch the making off os Music-Vidoes, movies and TV Shows ...and sometimes despair if people forget those facts of ...as an actor you arrive on set and the first thing is to have plant a 😘 on your acting partner..like "Hey we never met let's 😘 or even more than that!" Great -.- as much as envy actors and actresses for their Job that part is kind off ODD. 😂 😂 And the rollear-coaster seen too, I haven't seen them struggling on the boat as well yet, but I think that falls under the saying off "The things I do for my Art!" 😂 😂 I don't know if I could stand boat scenes depends probably on circumstances, but rollercoasters I'm with them "Nope, I CAN'T!" at least not without getting a little 🤢 .

Good thing they're aware of that I had moments, I was wondering how much of them is even acting in certain moments. With Marc and Pun I wouldn't know but I felt that with Aou,Boom, Pond and Phuwin to a sometimes scary extreme..at least going by the few snippets we get/got from throug the years of behind the scene shennanigans. Also, I only got to knowa bout PondPhuwin now through this show so I probably don't know a lot of their faces their not shy to show if cameras are around. 😂 😂 I had a few moments were I was questioning if it is kosher to continue watching this show, because I watched a few things in my life which turned out to be kind of "curses" for the people working on them in the end...or the whole Fandom basically was made illegal (not literally but that's how people can make you feel). 😉 😉 So I was a bit :/ mhm not that in the end turns out they tried to mainly film and re-create behind the scene shennanigans and just stuck the story between them as an "excuse"...because to me that would be some sort of Artiss-employee abuse as well..but a story is a story and if it isn't horrid I also have the spleen "i have to finish it, even if it takes a bit" 😂 😂 A Dilemma, ocassionally, to be real, just like being a scaredy-curious cat 😂 😂

I would like to say I’m a lot like Ryan it’s hard to me to stand up for myself or ask questions or be vocal etc in any situation cause I grew up in a very abusive home where speaking up or having a voice ended badly and even though I’m 23 now that fear and trauma still affects me to this day where I struggle with a lot when it comes to communication and I go to therapy for it yet I still just can’t speak up and I hate that so seeing Ryan just be quiet is so relatable to me and I hope one day him and me gets out of it cause it’s so stressful but so far I’m living this show and I honestly wish I had someone like Jane by my side cause I need it

This is why mentors need to be able to approach each person differently so that they can meet them where they are. I am glad you will able to get a path to help it is hard to work through trauma and it's ok to take the time needed to get to your goal.

I actually like Jane’s approach to be honest. I feel like he’s in a damned if you will damned if you don’t situation a lot. cause if he’s too nice they step on him, if he’s too mean they get too scared and don’t come to him but the reality is even in episode 1 Ryan kind of saw through that. Maybe it’s not that people need to adjust themselves but that you need to be matched up well and Ryan and Jane are actually a good match professionally even without the love line. Can he be better at describing things? Yes. Be nicer? Yes. But his job doesn’t really allow for it if he doesn’t have someone like a Ryan who can pick up his slack and work in beat with him. Also Loved your reaction to the shoes … cause same! 😂

He's more like the type of person who will scold in order to prepare you for what you might face in your future experiences. As a manager I feel he could use a different approach with the interns in some instances, though. They need some guidance to adapt I feel.. 😌 I'm also interested in Pie. She has a lot of expectations from herself and I wonder if there is more to it. If her need to prove herself in this work is connected to past experiences. Maybe I'm looking too much into it, though.. 😅 I swear this show has such a good plotline, I don't get why is so underappreciated.. 🤔

I think what top meant when saying that by him ending it would hurt more then him sleeping with Boeing is that if he really wants to know what’s gonna hurt him. Him ending it would hurt more basically saying what he’s doing is pointless and if he wants to hurt him then end it. But in a way it’s kinda like proving a point of how mew contradicts himself because he says he want to hurt him but yet he won’t end it knowing top already has told him what will actually hurt him.

I personally think that both Ryan and Jane are wrong in some aspects. Ryan should learn to speak up and ask bcoz Jane is already overwhelmed with work and he doesn't have the time to guess what Ryan is thinking. As a mentor, Jane should take into consideration that Ryan is still learning and he needs time. I REALLY LOVE THIS SHOW!! Its amazing.

Yeah I think that's the thing though right. So many people in Jane's position just don't even realize how it affects people. I know as a manager it was so hard to try and do all the things I wanted managers to do for me and still like get my job done. Sometimes you lose that personal touch.

OHHH OMG so in the JP version he sees him with the tourist and assumes he is selling himself BECAUSE he is gay. It was so messed up. Ida basically goes off on him and sticks up for Aoki.
@@BLChef-blove yes because Aoki personally guided the tourist to the hotel since it's hard to explain how to reach the place. thanks to this incident, Aoki got to explain himself after the tutor scolded him and properly introduced Ida as his boyfriend. And after this whole misunderstanding, they got back to how they were before and ever since, Aoki always asks his tutor's advice whenever he got a problem with Ida. This tutor actually have a much bigger role in the manga than Ida's bestfriend so i hope this can be shown in the series. TBH when Aungpao was introdiced as one of the casts, i thought he will be the tutor.
I haven’t seen the JBL but this Thai version is different than the manga. Some of the things are similar like Kongthap telling his friends about Atom, the break-up, Kongthap going to karaoke with the team, Kongthap’s confession and Mudmee throwing the cupcake away, but they happen in different parts of the story. In the Manga it’s a tutor (not a teacher) who is homophobic. It’s not as bad as it sounds in the JBL. The tutor comes around after Aoki calls him out, he learns to be accepting and they have a good relationship afterwards. I really like this change though, it’s different, but a powerful message to give Atom a queer mentor. Someone to talk to, and seek guidance, because he desperately needs it.
for me, in the manga, that tutor was not that homophobic. that tutor is somewhat similar to Kongthap where he doesn't know how to deal with queer things coz it's obviously he's first time dealing with situation like Aoki's, which was also a misunderstanding. 😊

i personally think they changed it because gemfourth are unable to not make heart eyes at each other for more than half an episode 🤣 no but for real, i do like how the different versions represent the different cultures in a great way, I also think the internalised homophobia was WAY more present with Aoki than it is with Atom throughout the whole show, and I enjoy both shows in their own way! x

It's so weird that I relate to Khonthap so heavily. I am well into my 20s and never had a crush on someone. The only two relationships I had were people who asked me out and I said yes because I thought that's how you get to know someone. I still ended up liking them in the relationship but it wasn't so much in the beginning. So it's just so jarring that I can relate so much to Khonthap's way of thinking and approach to the situation. It kind of makes me feel silly that I'm at this age and don't understand how it feels to like or have a crush on someone. Honestly if it did happen, I probably wouldn't know it was happening or how to handle it.
Do not feel silly. Trust me this needs to be more normalized. There are so many of us that have had this experience. I was the same. I totally get it.
i have not seen the Japanese vers and im very glad they changed the teacher. i personally would rather not see that and i dont feel like it would fit this verison of the story. (side note i googled and there is low acid coffee thst you can get)

I think both versions fit the culture of the countries that they're coming from. Thailand is a lot more open to the lgbt community than Japan and I love how that's been reflected throughout the show without changing the story significantly.
You are right. They changed all the „darker“ stuff to healthier things. The girl with the obsession for a teacher is in the Thai version in love with her best friend. And the homophobic teacher is now a role model for Atom. It was actually a great move : The fact that our knowledge about the Japanese version made all the viewers equally anxious about the teachers reaction together with Atom. So we could relate to his fears a lot more. They may have disneyfied the source material. But like the fairytales: for the Bretter. One last point: again you were so worked up in your feedback that we could not see your reaction to the preview. Sigh. 😔 😂 guess we will see next week if you were unspoilered

for me, TH version erased many characters from the manga but still incorporated those characteristics/contributions to the remaining characters in the story. like that girl being merged with Kongthap and Khaopun's childhood friend and how Aoki's sister's importance was also merged Aoki's tutor into the new character in this series which is the chef. and i'm liking how the story still made sense. 😊
don't get me wrong i love the japanese version but this ep helped me realize how much i prefer the thia version of my love mix up the story telling is so perfect and im happy they didnt make the teacher terrible or have the girl student like and ask out the teacher like they did in the other one i was so stressed about that i cant wait to see what else they did different for the thia version

I am so annyoed I've heared sb "complain"(more jokingly) about the kissing technologies and now I see it too never thought bout that before. But I also think "Keep in mind the birth years of the Cast go from 1998-2003 it's not like everyone has done everything in their Teens and NC scenes are weird no matter which sexual-orientation you have or are supposed to have on screen. Like imgaine having to it with a complete stranger (since shows are shot so out of order you can have the last scenes be the first being shot) while a Team of 10 people is watching and recording you.... I have spent to much time to watch the making off os Music-Vidoes, movies and TV Shows ...and sometimes despair if people forget those facts of ...as an actor you arrive on set and the first thing is to have plant a 😘 on your acting partner..like "Hey we never met let's 😘 or even more than that!" Great -.- as much as envy actors and actresses for their Job that part is kind off ODD. 😂 😂 And the rollear-coaster seen too, I haven't seen them struggling on the boat as well yet, but I think that falls under the saying off "The things I do for my Art!" 😂 😂 I don't know if I could stand boat scenes depends probably on circumstances, but rollercoasters I'm with them "Nope, I CAN'T!" at least not without getting a little 🤢 .
Good thing they're aware of that I had moments, I was wondering how much of them is even acting in certain moments. With Marc and Pun I wouldn't know but I felt that with Aou,Boom, Pond and Phuwin to a sometimes scary extreme..at least going by the few snippets we get/got from throug the years of behind the scene shennanigans. Also, I only got to knowa bout PondPhuwin now through this show so I probably don't know a lot of their faces their not shy to show if cameras are around. 😂 😂 I had a few moments were I was questioning if it is kosher to continue watching this show, because I watched a few things in my life which turned out to be kind of "curses" for the people working on them in the end...or the whole Fandom basically was made illegal (not literally but that's how people can make you feel). 😉 😉 So I was a bit :/ mhm not that in the end turns out they tried to mainly film and re-create behind the scene shennanigans and just stuck the story between them as an "excuse"...because to me that would be some sort of Artiss-employee abuse as well..but a story is a story and if it isn't horrid I also have the spleen "i have to finish it, even if it takes a bit" 😂 😂 A Dilemma, ocassionally, to be real, just like being a scaredy-curious cat 😂 😂
I would like to say I’m a lot like Ryan it’s hard to me to stand up for myself or ask questions or be vocal etc in any situation cause I grew up in a very abusive home where speaking up or having a voice ended badly and even though I’m 23 now that fear and trauma still affects me to this day where I struggle with a lot when it comes to communication and I go to therapy for it yet I still just can’t speak up and I hate that so seeing Ryan just be quiet is so relatable to me and I hope one day him and me gets out of it cause it’s so stressful but so far I’m living this show and I honestly wish I had someone like Jane by my side cause I need it
This is why mentors need to be able to approach each person differently so that they can meet them where they are. I am glad you will able to get a path to help it is hard to work through trauma and it's ok to take the time needed to get to your goal.

I actually like Jane’s approach to be honest. I feel like he’s in a damned if you will damned if you don’t situation a lot. cause if he’s too nice they step on him, if he’s too mean they get too scared and don’t come to him but the reality is even in episode 1 Ryan kind of saw through that. Maybe it’s not that people need to adjust themselves but that you need to be matched up well and Ryan and Jane are actually a good match professionally even without the love line. Can he be better at describing things? Yes. Be nicer? Yes. But his job doesn’t really allow for it if he doesn’t have someone like a Ryan who can pick up his slack and work in beat with him. Also Loved your reaction to the shoes … cause same! 😂

She has a lot of expectations from herself and I wonder if there is more to it. If her need to prove herself in this work is connected to past experiences. I personally think that both Ryan and Jane are wrong in some aspects. Ryan should learn to speak up and ask bcoz Jane is already overwhelmed with work and he doesn't have the time to guess what Ryan is thinking. As a mentor, Jane should take into consideration that Ryan is still learning and he needs time. I REALLY LOVE THIS SHOW!! Its amazing.
Yeah I think that's the thing though right. So many people in Jane's position just don't even realize how it affects people. I know as a manager it was so hard to try and do all the things I wanted managers to do for me and still like get my job done. Sometimes you lose that personal touch.
Jane doesn't bother me because, I am used hating Off's characters for the first half of most of his series, lol. I'm just waiting for the turn around point. However my brain short circuited at damn Off looks good in those jeans. I was stuck there the whole episode😂
