Great review. Loz seems to be a good brand in terms of quality compared to Lego. When buying the Siu Mai and the Chicken Feet I did not realize they were smaller blocks. Once they arrived and I opened the box I realized why they were so cheap. The other sets (besides the tea set) don’t look to good/accurate to me. Aswell as the repetitiveness of building the steamers.

Oh man, missing pieces would drive me crazy. How unfortunate, but I love how detailed and thoughtful this one is. The products in the convenience store are my fav 😍 Also how cool that the conveyor belt actually rotates!!

TopToy has been good but it seems even some of their sets are hard to list for sale. Ida and I were thinking about this one for a while but like you said most have to purchase it through Taobao. Dealing with the sales and logistics is kinda nutty atm. The good news is we can help for those who really want to buy the sets. I listed them on our store. By all means if you have other shop links do post them too (you don't have to share mine at all) as I'm just here to lend a hand. As for my review...I'm really behind, so I'm glad you're doing more. Please don't stop, Keep going and let me know if it's ok to share you vid once again on my community so I can let others know. Btw I finished the Wekki Pinocchio...it's really amazing...damn these brands are getting so good. Keep it up!

I built the Hot Dog car from the same series. Very nice design and quality. It was a bit hard to put together, partially because of the rubber band mechanism. The play mechanism works well but a kid cannot really build that set. Not really sure what the target audience is but I guess I am in it. 😁

@@shebuildsbricks It's more of a shooting mechanism. I don't have the other ones but they do seem to be able to shoot stuff as well but maybe with simpler constructions. Yeah, I didn't really expect that feature either. And it doesn't really make the set attractive for kids because it's so difficult to build. Still impressive that they managed to make it look so good AND have that play function. A bit like the MinGDi cars that also use a rubber band but for transforming into a robot.

There's no official information on how many pieces but I counted a few and they should all be around 100-200 pieces. Hope that helps!

Wow, what a large set! My favourite part would definitely have to be the meat platter and veggie plates. I agree with you on the panda figurines. I much prefer the subtler references via the dishes and tea cup design. Now I want some hot pot 🤤

This set seems to be based on the Sichuan styled hot pot and all the items and elements you’ve mentioned eg. pandas, mahjong, face changing dance (變臉）are all things Sichuan are known for, so I guess they are doing a nod to Sichuan on the set

I like the HK one more. It isn't accurate but captures the feel of a dai pai dong. The takoyaki stand looks great but I think the mix of items detract from the theme. No japanese stands sell all those stuff at once. Besides, it looks more like a street ramen stand and they should have just gone with that. One more thing I noticed from your review that I didnt realize before is that these 2 sets arent in scale with each other, which is a bit diasappointing.
