It allows for some really deep skill expression; triggering your on-deletes when you want, building back with the new infermon for 5 instead of 7, allowing for easy kimeramon plays, etc. Speaking of, kimeramon is a great 2-of tech card to recycle kurisari inheritables on-demand. Need rush but they’re all in the trash? Kimeramon’s got you, homie. It also serves as another floodgate killer, which you saw first-hand the deck needs. The decklist is fine, but I’d really run 4 of the new Diaboromon if you’re using the egg that only works when he’s on the field. Can’t wait for BT17.

I'm not sure if it was a mistake when you said this or not, but Great Maelstrom doesn't tuck a lvl 3 from your hand in order to reduce the cost. You would need the extra body on field to put under your other digimon.

My Nume deck profile looks close to this, and I agree space is tight in this deck but instead of Matt I’ve been testing BT4 Izzy Izumi. Also play a x1 Heavens Judgement a BushiAgu for the Monzae X digivolving effect. It’s crazy how this deck can be so toolboxy and you can change it to fit your play style

Yeah, that part of his effect isn't the entire reason I was playing it. Most of the time with nume you have a wide board already so I mainly played it for the dp minus effect. After more testing I did want to up the Rb1 numemon

That is most definitely not cheating, my guy. It's a function of the game. We've had lots of interactions in this game that allow you to take advantage of the fact that your hand/security are private info. They have never been nor ever will be consituted as cheating.

Heavyleo shouldn't have gotten two checks at around the 4:50 mark? Zubagon punch specifies it needs to be 16k or higher to get the extra effects or does that only matter when it's first used?

Zubagon gives you the 3k boost first. Then it applies the other effects if you're 16k+ after the 3k boost.

Great question! The answer is it depends lol your hand/what you know is in your security/your matchup/etc. will all dictate whether or not you would want to trigger Salamon each turn to grab a free card. I will say most of the time I do trigger it if I'm still at 5 security since being at 4 security is best for things like Angewomon ACE.

Any thoughts on replacing your 2x BT12 Shine w/ 2x BT13 Shine? Evoing into BT13 Shine and animating a BT12 Marcus to then swing with will also proc a Ruin Mode evo. or do you like the added pressure from the BT12 Shine's Sec+1 effect?

Wait, I just looked it up. Apparently Cherubimon ACE is worded slightly different and the DP minus effect can go off even if a digimon isn't played off its effect first. Chris didn't accidentally chet, but his reasoning was wrong. It's actually weirdly confusing. WereGaru X is a "You may A to B. Then C." Or more specifically to the card's actual text, "By doing A, B. Then C." Cherubimon ACE is a "You may A. Then you may B." It's not the period that informs you of what the heck unfortunately. It's highly confusing and unintuitive imo. Maybe it makes more sense in Japanese.

Not gonna lie the tyrant getting second is suprising. Not because i think the deck is bad because i play both it snd yellow armor. But the fact that any time i get a tyrant out people legit dont know how to deal with it and they just start slow playing super bad. Deleting based on DP thresholds is a red effect. Valkryimon actually is a good balance of yellow/red. It's when digivolving effect is yellow and it's all turn effect is red. I agree though with Ophani Ace. It's effect is 2/3s yellow.
