Well if you no table tennis you should look much deeper remember fan lost like 3 wtt in a row now dispite that fan is better and this, is, my reasons why. Fan stroke is much more quality all Chinese have good technique yes, Wang is calm but fan is calm aswell fan short ball is much better than Wang this, is, where fan is so good he barely gives, you open ball to play you really have to work from back spin yes backspin and he dictates from there now this is tactical play if you cannot play from short ball and your short ball really needs to be good effective and your 3rd ball short be quality ball and this, is what fan can do also if you attack him his follow up is really strong Wang is free flow in open play his the net cause everything looks natural like he just can't miss with fan, fan is smart if your third ball isn't so strong fan hits right through your attack not just hit through it's a quality ball and his placement is out of your reach so you cannot play a strong ball back this giving him the opportunity to take the point 2 brilliant players but I've said this before fan is king Wang will be king too but not whole fan is still there I like everything about this guy same approach to every match have you also notice Wang flick is so good fan knows this so he serve heavy and low backspin not side spin doing this won't give wang such a easy flick his forced to lift then again fan takes full advantage of that and takes the point fan doesn't play long rallies this is Chinese style they take the point quick that's what makes China better than all other countries yes they do have their off days but when they need to win then they win all the time China first 3 balls from serves to receives and they still have the best 3rd ball attack this 3 balls determines the point and China I has mastered this for years. They work on simple things to perfect it if your first 3 balls isn't quality you have no chance facing these guys.
