We need more dentist like you! My dentist literally reaches for my pocket and it’s a bit annoying at this point. My pregnancies morning sickness really paid a price on my teeth. Dental insurance in the US is trash and I’m currently not working just a stay at home mom with a 1 & 3 year old. Do you know anyone who has good pricing or maybe if k get lucky probono “/ lol

As a person that just had an all-on-4 procedure... I respect you doing this, but you are forgetting about how sensitive the roof and under the tongue is during the first week.. even diluted mashed potatoes with milk feels like sandpaper inside my mouth... so far all I've been able to handle is protein shakes and applesauce. I'm on day 5. Its getting old fast..
I have very bad breath, but it comes from the back of my throat. I never see stones in my tonsils though. I’m thinking the smell is coming from my partial grown in wisdom teeth and maybe bacteria from food particles stuck in the gum flaps are migrating to the crypts in my tonsils??? I also have dry mouth. Can anyone tell me if it sounds like it correlates to my wisdom teeth? I also have post nasal drip 😒
Hi dr. I just feel like you maybe the only one who can help me. Listening to your videos such as this one makes me feel happy. I had a few teeth removed during my braces journey yrs ago. Also, am missing two lateral incisors. I have an imbalance smile. One orthodontist told me it’s a tissue issue and nothing can be down. I know in heart that that’s not the case. I had never had this imbalance while I have all my teeth. Also moving my canine to close the gab caused another imbalance. I hate my smile. Pls tell me if this can be fixed. I feel like you can do it. I need the space opened and put in implant to give me a more balanced and wider smile.
I defo disagree with your opinion, there are millions of people who had crowns for years with no issues, giving these kind of tips for likes is pretty shit

Hi dr, Am from dc area. My problem is that I am missing two lateral incisors and the space was closed with braces when I was younger. At the time I was terrified to do implant so I refused. Fast forward I hate my smile. Not having those teeth and other teeth being removed from my mouth, I have imbalance smile. So I want two implant in place of my missing teeth. The problem is that I went two orthodontist in the area and they said it will be difficult to ope the space to put implant. I have seen a video of your where you actually opened a space and put in bridge but I want implant. How can I get this done with you from where I am located? Pls help dr. Thanks Martha

What about spicy food
I find it utterly unprofessional and unacceptable to allow animals, especially dogs, in the surgical room of a clinic. This practice blatantly breaches professional codes and basic hygienic principles. Ladies and gentlemen, never permit a dentist to treat you if they do not adhere to these fundamental standards of cleanliness. This is a significant issue in America today: dogs are permitted everywhere, even in medical settings. I find this appalling.
I fractured my front two teeth in a bike accident and lost somewhere between 60-70% of one of the teeth and then roughly 25-30% of the other tooth. Basically a large chunk of the corner was lost on the tooth that lost 25-30%. I needed a root canal done on the tooth that lost 60-70% and then both teeth had temporary fillings done to build them up and give me some kind of front teeth again for the time being. I was told crowns would be my semi permanent fix but am just trying to see what the best option is, or I guess "what" my options are. It seems kind of unfortunate that I have a large amount of real tooth left on the one side that they are saying will need to be crowned: although it does make more sense on the side where I lost a large portion of the tooth. What's your opinion on all of this? Thanks for your time
After just having a horrific tooth infection in s broken tooth then being told it would be $1350 just to have the rest of it pulled I don't even want to know how much an implant would cost. I've been told 2000-4000 per tooth. Dentistry as a service/business has to be redone because nobody can afford it & dental insurance is thru the roof & doesn't cover this type of stuff anyways, only preventative! Another "broken system".

I have the most horrible pain i could experience when i havey implant. Begining to end was not a very good experience. I woke up twice on my first part of surgery. 5 months after, is 2nd surgery. They tried to put the implant wile im sore and in pain and swelling horribly. I was begging them to let me rest it. F8nally i came back 1 week after and the put on the teeth (they would not let me see) i hated the set of teeth they put on. But said i have to wait abput 6 months if i wanted to change the look of the teeth. Basically, top and bottom doesnt match the bottom looks so long and the gum sticks out luke i have nicotine bag in between my gum and mouth. I regret the whole process and now im charged almost 90 thousand dollars to pay. Moral of the story...implant is expensive. Do your own research. Go to dentist that have great -not good- but Great refferal review that have had surgery done many years.

Goin to dentist that cleaned & put crown back on tooth during COVID.. and wants to replace today. It feels fine!! I feel like I need filling in bottom tooth. Can I keep I believe gold crown, if I have no other issues? No bleeding gums or pain?? Tight budget. If feeling like it is ok, can I say no to replacement?

I know exactly what you mean. I was proposed a crown 8 years ago. I needed a new crown last year. It sucks cause it was my front tooth. I felt the debilitating effects of putting a crown on but I wasn’t recommended or suggested anything else. I think Dr. O is totally right. I wish I heard this before I made my decision.
Aren't crowns much cheaper than veneers?. It's a more vigorous process but the end result is the same. Both require some filing of the teeth. Aren't crowns stronger and last longer than veneers?. The only issue with crowns are the preparation, however the end results are the same. They both do not last forever.. I'm sure you would need to eventually get veneers replaced and same goes for crowns. Idk.. its just my opinion
