  Hey there, After I update the Nvidia game Driver, I feel Shutter and LAG on GTA V and it gives low fps 50-60 FPS on the other hand, before update it gives 100-110 FPS on my Nvidia RTX 2050... How it will fix ??

  This is not a new idea- and certainly not a good or fair concept. It was introduced years ago and failed to gain traction then. If your candidate fails to get the minimum votes to win, then the vote goes to another candidate that has received even less votes. Do you want a leader that moves into the top spot on this unfair algorithm. This sinister concept is so evil in its inception that it will insult your sensibilities once you see how underhanded it truly is. Look at it this way: if it’s such a great idea why is the Democrat party dragging it out this close to election? Answer: because it’s too convoluted for most people to want to untangle and it’s the only way to get their candidate elected. If that isn’t true why aren’t the Republicans completely supporting this hail Mary change in the constitutional voting process . It can only benefit the party that has pushed this through and only accepted in Blue States. Your fair vote should count. 1 vote- your ballot isn’t a KENO card.
