I've had this safe for 4 or 5 years now. Still works great. My only issue is that I can't silence the keypad beep. Directions say to hold all 3 buttons for a few seconds. Not working for me.

Well, I watched this video and it is pretty good illustration of how to do a field strip and assemble a High Standard Flite King slide action shotgun but man oh man the nomenclature you use is wanting to say the least. Here are some of the things I noticed that could easily confuse anyone who finds a broken part in their Flite King 12 ga. shotgun and who is trying to get a replacement or could confuse anyone wanting to know the names of the parts you are talking about: Flat head screw - first of all the screw head is rounded. It is called the magazine cap screw. The plug stop???? Do you mean the end piece (that is the part out of which you took the screw) and the magazine cap (the cap under or behind the end piece)? You failed to mention there is (or should be) a spring between the end piece and the magazine cap. “Another tube stop”, that is the magazine follower? The take-down of this “front part” I am pretty sure you mean the the receiver. When you talk about the pin, that you removed to take out the trigger guard assembly, it is commonly called the trigger guard retaining pin (aka: the trigger guard pin)? When pushing out the cross pin from the receiver, to remove the trigger assembly, you used what appears to be a conical punch narrow at one end and getting wider as you move toward its handle. Aren’t you concerned, that over repeated disassembly attempts, that type of punch will widen the hole in the receiver as you hammer it to the point where the pin is wider than the hole and thus the pin will no longer stay properly in place? After taking out the trigger assembly you talk about a little metal piece, the long piece that came loose upon removal of the trigger assembly, that is the right shell stop. It just makes it so much easier to understand when correct nomenclature (or at least commonly used nomenclature) is used. As I said though pretty good illustration of how to do it.

Take the bolt apart. Use a Dremel & polishing compound to polish every part of the bolt and seer contact face. Then polish the trigger contact point as well to smooth surfaces a little. You aren't removing significant material, just smoothing mating surfaces. Bolt will cycle like butter and trigger will be profoundly smoother.

The model 780 uses many of the same parts as the model 25. The 780 has a hooded front sight IIRC. Uses the same detachable magazines.

Hi I have a friend who owns a Vz2008 and when he bought it, it had what you had a folding stock, and was just a pain when I tried it as well and I saw your video and perfect, I was thinking if the seller you bought it from Ebay still has some still on stock would appreciate it if you cold send me his link. I'm helping him out looking for one. Did it come with the hardware? I searched the sellers name on Ebay and nothing is popping up. Appreciate assistance on this matter. Thanks. Stay safe.

Lasers suck. Dont need one in a gunfight. Got a bodyguard for almost nothing because the laser quit. Great little back up though. Havent had an issue with it cycling. Of course if im down to the .380 things have gotten really bad. Of course it doesnt weight much more than the spare mags for my full size and commander 1911s that i pack with it. One is none, two is one and three may be enough. Only using a pistol to shoot my way to my rifle anyway. But, i have no doubt the little thing could save my ass in a pinch.

Immigrated to South Africa from France in 1982. I always did love guns and when I was in France I could only buy ruffles and black powder hand guns. My first revolver I bought was a Remington 36 caliber black powder hand revolver. Very beautiful but very messy. I did own few Commemorative Winchester, then moved to South Africa when not long after my arrival I noticed that White peoples ad guns, mainly for self defence. I then did apply for a gun license and got authorised to own a gun. Few days later did go to a gun shop and bought a Smith and Wesson 357 magnum with a 4 inches barrel model 66. I really did love that revolver, great design revolver with fantastic grip. Now I’m in Australia where we can not possess a gun😞
