  I'm happy for you looking after your health. Just some helpful advice. You need to breathe during the exertion. Your muscles desperately need oxygen to function at their best. Breathe in as you go down and out while you push up. Don't labor your breathing and don't hold it. Let it be one natural motion in sync with your exercise. You will experience greater stamina and greater gains.

  @@princeoffigaro actually, I like it. Plenty of downtime. What I don't like is the board sending out surveys for new shifts. They want us to work 5 days/nights in a row then have two days off with 8 hour shifts. I've gotten used to 12 hour shifts.

  I think RIT is a great school. I am an RIT alumni, and it was truly a great experience. I never knew they had MS in AI but now that AI is getting traction, it should be a good pick depending on the curriculum. I do not know about about Drexel but I do know that RIT is quality education.
