isn’t premosis caused by a band at the tip of the penis that is too tight? Why not instead of removing the whole forskin just remove that band which causes it not to retract fully, thus retaining most of the foreskin. Of course this would be done as a last resort because there are creams that massaged daily that can stretch that bit of tight skin to correct the problem.
