She said it’s a myth that Ukrainians drink everyday…Buuuut all the Ukrainians I have met here drink pretty much daily. Most certainly every single weekend.

This is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for. I'm here, several months after the invasion by russhits and my plans on visiting Russia prior to the war, have been replaced by a desire to visit Ukraine. I'm currently absorbing as much as I can about the Ukrainian culture and learning the Ukrainian language so that i can be a positive outside influence when I inevitably travel to your beautiful country. Слава Україні Героям слава.

0:57 I like the way she politely looks down Russian people. I understand her feeling. Say more such as that Украйнка can cook better than Русская.

I am doing deep research on Eastern European food (Hungary region, Ukraine region..etc) before 16th century, specially before the discovery of the New World. Nowadays all the EE food are using spices from the New World. The only thing I found is Salo, so I found this video. Wish to know more about it : ( I read it somewhere that medeival EE people used Salo as oil source a lot for cooking too.
