Nade, I had a bad weed addiction and was able to quit it and feel my best when I prioritized a healthy diet, daily sunlight on 75% of body for a couple hours a day, and then also daily movement with walks outside. Eat natural Whole Foods (Grass Fed Ground Beef, Free Range Eggs, Almonds, Nuts, Potatoes… etc). Drink plenty of water as well.
