  Mana fixing in commander on the higher cost money wise is amazing. Fetches are one example...triomes as well. General 5 color lands like command tower and mana confluence. Plus mana rocks that tap for all colors like arcane signet if you have a reason for it in the deck

  Had someone add this to spite me out of games sonce i like cascade. I built an anti that guy deck. He hasnt played a game more than 3 turns in a few weeks.

  Pair that with Knowledge Pool, run a commander with an activated ability that can nuke it when needed or draw into a Boseiju. Thinking Thrasios/Tymna control… and boom, card goes from fair game to stax lockdown 😅

  Step 1: Use Fabricate to tutor Darksteel Monolith Step 2: Discard it with Leonardo, get it back, cast Ulamog, Emrakul, Kozilek, etc. For free in like turn 4 or 5 Step 3: Find some other table to play at since all your friends hate you now and refuse to play.

  You didn't clarify that you only have infinite colorless mana. Otherwise it's not a huge deal that you broke Ashnod's, it's very easy to figure out how to break Ashnod's

  Cascade does not cast cards, in order to “cast a card” you have to spend many into it cost to cast it

  Pause at Maelstrom Wanderer and read what cascade does on the card. You'll learn that it says, "...You may CAST it without paying its mana cost..." Which does get countered by Vexing Bauble.

  There are other ways. Set up can be achieved by exile enchantments hiding a creature that etb pings each opponent for one.

  Don't forget. Every creature becomes an artifact. You can now use all green cards that destroy artifacts, to kill your opponents creatures. Instead of ashnods altar, you can use Krark Clan Ironworks or instead of infinity mana you can play Grinding Station to mill out all your opponents.

  Its funny when you cascade into a Surrak Dragonclaw. Sure that thing counters if I didn't pay mana but him and my other creatures cant be countered

  I like it, but I just gotta make sure I’m not hurting myself when using it too. And then it’s hard to find a place for it in my decks that it already wouldn’t negatively impact myself.

  Two hours to get to 14 mana? Most of my Gruul decks can do that in 30 minutes.

  30 minutes is that gold fishing because that's not good? Is it in 1v1 games full pod 3 people pod? Giving a time frame isn't a good way to explain it when one person in your pod could take 8 minutes per turn another player can take 15 seconds per turn another player could take ten minutes because they made a mistake or forgot about a trigger etc get what I'm saying it's better to just say your deck could get to that much mana in X turns I've seen a turn three take over 15 minutes in a casual game
