  There are drill pots specifically for skin around the nail but it should hurt. No gloves , foot file looked used so probably all the tools were used or weren't cleaned properly...and she was digging that tool into your toe 🙄 Choose your nail salon/nail tech wisely because infections are no joke they can even lead to amputation 😬
