  Safe mode is completely inaccessible, but it doesnt matter anyways as I have now deleted anything windows related via xubuntu on a flash drive, I'm now just waiting for a cd reader to get here so I can put everything on that God this sucks

  Do you have a work computer or gaming computer? if you have a work computer it might be because of the crowdstrike problem with microsoft

  I think this is window where it is saying you to install a windows 10 or 11 with an usb flash drive. You got to download Windows 10 setup with size of about 2.4GB, transport the setup file to the flash driver and plug in the flash drive to install operating system. If I am wrong, try using ChatGPT by taking a picture of the screen and uploading it with rext help me. Hopefully it helps you.
