  Excellent video. Positano is SPECTACULAR! 35 years ago we drove from Rome, with a stop in Pompeii, then on to Positano. I remember the winding road and a lot of stop and go traffic. When we reached our hotel, we had to double park to get a valet to take our car. We didn’t use our car again until we left. Easy peasy. I’m not crazy about driving on winding roads but even if we took a bus, we wouldn’t be able to avoid it and then the bus would leave you far from your hotel, plus you have to worry about pickpockets on the train or bus. Renting a car works out the best for us.

  Great vid. Just got back from Colombia over a week ago. Medellin is so incredible. I love Colombia but I gotta say it is the worst cuisine I've experienced in my life so far. Probably ate the least amount of food I ate in a week in a long time because I only ate when really hungry. Had some awful experiences.

  I am so sorry to correct you, but I have to. Bollo is actually not made of Yuca (Cassava) as you said in the video. Bollo is actually made from white corn, which is soaked, grinded, seasoned with a little of salt and butter, then it is cooked in boiling water.

  You are both correct but the cornmeal bollo is easily identified by it's white color. They bollo de yuca is more of a yellowish color.

  @@thetravelingkat1647 that's the very first restaurant I ever at at, in Colombia, back in 1999, with my brother in-law. It was a very cloudy day, at the time, and even the whole inner restaurant was engulfed in the clouds. Was a trip and I just bought my finca near there, last year, not far from El Carmen/Borerro Ayerbe (Km 30).

  THANK YOU! for recommending Vive restaurant...it was literally 10 second walk from our hotel. We had lunch there and it was sooo delicious! a no frills place but the food is 4+ stars for me out of 5
