Hi coach, is that a weighted vest? If so what are the benefits of training with one as I was thinking of getting one. Also should i be doing my basketball training with one?

I’ve done this without a trampoline and this is no joke but I can def say it improved my vertical and ankle stiffness especially when driving got easier for me in the low position/ acceleration.

Surely putting high forces through joints like this with very low ground contact times and fast stretch shortening cycles is gonna be an injury risk in itself

I’m just gonna say this as a ex weightlifter pie lifted bodybuilding did it all trained these movements here for explosion? You could do that with a white jacket because me personally the amount of weight that they’re using is way too much talking about basketball slamming ball free you don’t want restricted. We tend to restrict unless you’re gonna lighten up the load and put wraps on there Explosion, false training Europeans and made up some shit and threw it out there some things do work some things you need to research. The only person on this planet should be doing exercises is getting ready to come out of high school kids getting ready for college if they’re athletes, other than that, these gentlemen is already on a team. Looks like they shouldn’t be using heavyweight like that unless you’re very thin, narrow, weak guy some people are but they can still play, when you get into building a strong core with weight as far as these movements they’re doing I challenge them anytime do the same movements with the weight fess on that less stress on your shoulders and maintaining your back leaning over with that weight like that you gotta be careful with that you need a balance
