I’ve done this without a trampoline and this is no joke but I can def say it improved my vertical and ankle stiffness especially when driving got easier for me in the low position/ acceleration.

I’m just gonna say this as a ex weightlifter pie lifted bodybuilding did it all trained these movements here for explosion? You could do that with a white jacket because me personally the amount of weight that they’re using is way too much talking about basketball slamming ball free you don’t want restricted.
