  Rando spawned more coins, or rather, some singular items were swapped for coin spawners, for instance vanilla DDD only has 106 coins but Linkus still had 3 blue coins (15) available when he spawned the 100 coins star So he was worried over nothing (it's still possible for a level like DDD or JRB to have under 100 coins but highly unlikely, like maybe a 2% chance)
