Sketch From Superheroes is created by Andrew Ivimey & Diana McCallum as part of The From Superheroes Network, the web’s #1 source for superhero comedy with web comics, podcasts, and videos. Our channel specializes in superhero sketch comedy, nerdy opinions and analysis, and some randomness in between. SFSH brings you sketch comedy performed by Toronto’s top comedians such as Luke Gordon Field, Matt O’Brien and Fraser Young and asks questions like, What if Hulk was in Civil War?, Should Henchmen Unionize?, and How Does Superman do his Taxes? Sketch From Superheroes also creates video essays that explain and analyze the minutiae of superhero movies and TV shows, such as tracking where all the Infinity Stones are, breaking down why Solo A Star Wars Story failed, and theorizing what Star Trek Discovery may actually be about. Basically we’re very nerdy, and we’re very fun and you can see all of our stuff at www.FromSuperheroes.com

I really agree with your analysis. The writing and acting is really subpar except for a few standouts.
Osha was in another part of the galaxy with alibis. The evidence against her was an eye witness which have been proven to be terrible evidence. The evidence against her was not great, yet Yord treats it like it's concrete.
I cannot believe there are still so many people that call themselves fans of Star Wars that are still so firmly convinced that the Jedi are the "good guys" and always right. From the original trilogy on, the message and lesson of Star Wars has always been "the Jedi are wrong". Yoda told Luke he was not ready to face Vader and that emotions were not the way to victory, and yet it was an appeal to his father's love that brought back Anakin and defeated the Emperor. The Jedi have always been kidnapping children. The only reason to believe any other possibility is because you're just firmly rooted in the "Jedi are the good guys" idea.
Are. You. Kidding. Me? You two tear apart Infinity War (which had it's flaws, right?) and yet give THIS pile of horrible writing a pass??
It feels like they are trying to avoid being grouped into the toxic reactionary side of the fandom that they swung into the opposite side.
@@Zargouski - I get that, but I'm listening for honest opinion, not pandering. If that's what I'm getting, I have no use for this. Unfortunately, I also have little use for this if it is their honest opinion, so pretty much this was the worst way they could have played this review.
I thought he was going to suffocate once he took the ring off.
WOW that's nice ❤❤
Stop being a baby already, Hal
The effect used to make the Guardian is _fantastic_ 😂
Still better CGI than GL's movie.
From "Brief Communication: Swimming and Diving Behavior in Apes" apes’ poor swimming ability is due to behavioral, anatomical, and neuromotor changes related to an adaptation to arboreal life in their early phylogeny Basically Apes think they can't and will have a bad time but they actually can survive.
Why did you get a different actor in to play Hal Jordan in the last 10 seconds? The guy playing Green lantern was much better, and his hair and jaw were soooo much more defined
Show the movie, not wanna bes talking bull. 23:37
Fun fact: the original novel features apes living in an advanced technological society. They changed it to a primitive society for budgetary reasons
Doctor Diana says, "if the cervix is dilated, just POP IT OUT!" Well, damn, I guess Rogue would barely have needed the refresher course level of memories she got, then!
To really do the story justice you needed 10 to 13 episodes. Eight episodes gives you the bare bones but little flesh.
The CGI when Barry is at the hospital was horrible in my opinion. The movie didn't pickup for me until he time traveled and met Brruce
I definitely went to see The Flash only because Keaton came back as Batman
Predator 2 is a fun action movie
You missed Mothra's MAJOR ROLE in Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019)???
Love how Clark doesn't even recognizes Bruce's sarcasm of "well crafted secret identity... of glasses."
Truly the world's greatest detective
I had never considered Batman's lack of academic qualification. Was Bruce Wayne homeschooled by Alfred?
he studied under the best people in various fields, just not in an official capacity that would get him official credentials
Wow Jon is good took me a bit to notice he was playing both Clark and Bruce
I love this!
Heyo!
For this reason and no other.
Such a good friend.
Missed the sketches, and y'all didnt miss!
Yes, it was driving me crazy to figure out what other movie it was in.
Lol
Funny that the news got a headline about Scientists using AI to understand perm whales the same week this episode launched
5:47 lmfao the interviewer looked so done at this point 💀
Not me rewatching all the old interviews because I’m feeling nostalgic 😢
3:00 damn David’s sigh was crazy loud 😂
Had zero interest in watching this movie until i listened to this, also have never heard of or listened to this podcast before today haha
Haven’t watched the full video yet so sorry if you also made this connection but she drives an ambulance yeah? So she’d have some medical training? I vote her superhero name should be Web MD
These are hilarious!
As always you guys raise a valid point that has us laughing out loud 😂 great way to start a day
Good movie!
Hanging a lantern is different from a lampshade cause the writter thinks he is brighter than he is
Absolutely love this! I don’t know what version of Gotham the Orpheus and Eurydice statue is from but it doesn’t matter because it FEELS very in character. This was hilarious. Thank you for making it
It is amazing how much the "secret" remains a "secret", considering all the infrastructure that goes into maintaining their lairs and their equipment (and also how many people know outright by now in the comics)
I love this movie. Please everyone, there's an audio drama.
More Respectful to Batman than the Suicide Squad game
Smart to not question!
That's how he became Gotham's top sculptor.
He knows if he starts asking questions, he's on his way to becoming a C-tier Batman villain. It happened to his friend, now villain, The Plumber.
Hilarious as always reminds me of my favorite description of Gotham from the pages of the Batman & Superman comic “imagine the city architect wanted a theme of haunted houses and gargoyles”
Accurate.
Robert De Niro dancing around in that dress didn't stick to your ribs?
Not even in a bad way. Our ribs our clean.
Oh wow, came here for my annual viewing of the hilarious Defenders skit, and there's a new vid!
Great to see you guys back doing a sketch!
Sketch from superheroes actually releasing a sketch? Feels like it's been 100 years, but man it was worth the wait.
Started watching this and thought “this opening is super familiar… did they steal that from a post by Texts from Superheroes?” Then I saw the channel name lmao Also loved the addition of “which is 2 kinds of a problem” hahaha
