Things change indeed, Sweden is not good place to live in anymore. I wish i wasn't stuck here right now. Wonder why would anyone (who isn't extreme right) want to be here now.

What did you find better about Royal vs NCL besides the bathroom? I have also sailed on Royal at the time the largest cruise in the world, recently got off NCLs smallest thr Spirit. I also prefer NCL over Royals mega ships. It didn't feel like beeing on an actual ship it was so big and crowded as well. Going to try the Escape in November it will be interesting to see how the bigger NCL ship compairs.

We have sailed the escape twice and actually really liked it. With NCL we prefer the range of food options, the larger amount of activities geared towards our age group and the cheaper on board shopping.

I'm about to start my treatment with Hyrimoz after methotrexate started to impair my liver. I have psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and mild peripheral neuropathy. Reading about Adalimumab I feel afraid to start treatment. I have a 4-month daughter. Kids get all kind of flu, infections and so on. How is going to affect my health? Also, I read that anti-tnf biologics leave us prone to fungal infections. I really like to perform oral sex on my wife (and she likes it too, I hope you people don't feel uncomfortable as I share this). Will I have to put this practice on hold!? How imunobiologics has affected your sex life? How has it affected your general day-to-day stuff?

So I guess with Remicade (or in my case Inflectra), you MIGHT be totally healed, but you still take Remicade because you don't want to risk a flare returning. Anyway, for me, I'm on board with continuing to take Remicade. I'm so grateful that it's working. And I'm organizing my lifestyle to give Remicade the highest chance of continued success: No caffeine. No alcohol. Homemade Kefir smoothie everyday. Lots of exercise. And I drink a big glass of water first thing in the morning!

I came to this video after watching your "Humira Failing" video. My Humira is starting to fail now. I can relate. I started Enbrel for psoriasis, back when it first came out. I was on it for 15 years. The last 8 were double dosed. In 2018, I switched to Stelara Q12 45g, as I was diagnosed wth Ankylosing Spondylitis. 1 year later, I was given a Crohn's diagnosis and went from Q12 to Q8 and from 45g to 90g. Stelara was the best ever, so far. I was looking to see how it did for you. My rheumatologist also has me on 5g prenisone. It's their go-to. I have a rheumatologist appointment this month and I'll be discussing options. Cosentix maybe. It sucks going away from another med because you begin to ask yourself, "Am I going through them faster than they are being created?". I'm getting a B vitamin panel that includes Biotin, Ribflavin, Thiamin, B3, Pantothenic Acid, along with Folate and B12. I think I'm becomeing deficient in Biotin and Riboflavin due to poor absorption. Funny thing is, it by my request and the doctor says it might not be covered. I say, it better be covered if it proves I'm right!. I think it's odd that most doctors don't test for all B vitamins. Hope the Stelara keeps working for you. I'm having

Vilken rolig video. Don´t import your car. Sell it in the usa and buy one in sweden instead. There´s a shortage of all types of nursing staff, including medical secreteries. But understanding and speaking good swedish espcialy if you work as nurse, doctor or secrerery you just don´t get along with swedish as a second luangage. And the same goes for your boyfriend. He must learn to understand work instructions if it´s about any type of construcion work he is thinking of. When you have a work visa like you talked about. The next hurlde you must have a personnummer. Without that you can´t do anything. you can´t open a bankaccount. you can´t rent or buy a flat or a car. You have to do more resaerch so you know what you have to prepare yourself for if/when you decide to move. But don´t import the car (or the pets) you need the money to other things.

Thank you for frankly discussing your symptoms. One thing that is rarely mentioned yet I feel is very important, and that is when food is mentioned the more problematic elements of the food, (for me) is the food additives, preservatives, msg, and especially glyphosate and other pesticides, corn-fed meats, this even effects the eggs ir from corn fed hens! Food toxicity is in my view a huge contributor to our problem. Has anyone else noticed this? You can eat what would normally seem healthy but if it isn't organic you have a flare-up waiting to happen.!

I’m going to make a disclaimer right now also I feel the same way thank you for being so open. I just had two flareups this month alone, I have been hospitalized three times, I can’t figure it out, it seems to get worse each time now I have to sit on the toilet with the trashcan in front of me. It is so excruciating, the pain, they have told me before that it is food poisoning, LOL I said I must be the most unlucky person in the world. But it will actually put me out for three or four days, is that what everybody else experiences? Because finally the day that you said quit having to run to the bathroom and quit throwing up, it just feels like the end of a boxing match like you’ve been hit in the gut so many times. Mine always happens in the middle of the night or early morning 99.9% of the time, I will wake up with it with the urge to have to go to the bathroom and I will know as soon as it happens, I’ll once I have to get up twice now I have my arsenal I have a pack of pull-ups, plastic bags, anti-diarrheal, anti-nausea medicine.
