Great video! Well explained! Thanks!
If we tight the piston rod and packings, i cannot able to insert inside the cylinder since packing gets enlarge or expanded so due to that cant able to insert and set piston inside. Request you to kindly assist and teach me to fix pls.
i like having a 2 part pump/sprayer so you keep your parts A & B separate always and only mix it on the last leg before it sprays. when youre done put the lids back on the buckets and go, no flushing or waste.
Buenas tardes, me compre una maquina Magnum 262805 x7 , y quiero comprar una manguera de 50 pie. Por favor cuál es la manguera correcta que tengo que comprar.
Can you run this mashine on a portable generator?
Love y’all’s paint lines to. They are very abrasion resistant.
I’m a retired shipyard worker and painter blaster. I rebuilt those 60:1-45:1-56:1kings. Gaco’s are very reliable.

The video content is so excellent, congratulations
How important is it to have different cc’s on your lowers? Would you be able to run at different cc’s as long as you change the ratio on your settings?
We install the pump back, but when we run test with thinner the pump stop/stuck...have you any solution for us.
Is the piston stuck? Did you take it apart again to check the shims and packings? I have a similar problem. The pump looses pressure on the down stroke whiling moving quickly then on the up stroke it moves at a steady slow speed.
the video image is too poor, you need to fix it more
What type of grease to you use for seals (o-rings)?
Character In the video It's great, I like it a lot $$

Bom dia. Como atualizar o idioma no graco SDPmeter?
Great 👍👍👍
Come to Australia and I'll show you how to set your pump up and reline a manhole properly lol
What is the part number for the hopper?
Hi Martin. The part number is 24X570. Please let us know if you need anything else. Thanks!
The blue hose is that the 3 foot hose
Hi! The only 3' hose in the video is 7250psi Black. The blue hose length is 25 ft. Thanks!
@@GracoProtectiveCoatingSprayers can it be used alone
@@als3449 Any of these hoses can be used on their own, but you want to make sure you select the right one for the pressure needed. Please let me know if this answered your question. Thank you!

Great Video! Is there a full rebuild kit for this or a part number that you could share, or did I miss that? I need new packing's for the rod as well as the filter. The lower assembly is not creating any pressure, so I would like to rebuild it completely.
Woody Holloway Hi! Do you know what size lower/ pump is on your machine? You can then reference pages 27 - 29 in this manual: www.graco.com/content/dam/graco/tech_documents/manuals/311/311762/311762EN-ZAH.pdf Also might need a rod and cylinder as well. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks!
Great
Thank you! Best tutorial so far! #21062020@130pmNWBorneo
What about if you have a 1:1 ratio but the iso and resin are diffrent viscositys dont you get imbalances on gauges ? Best equipment to combat this with pot life of 3 minutes then needs to be flushed?
Jonothan Niblett Hi Jonothan, The B side of the mix manifold, on XP and XM, has a restrictor to help balance pressures. XP is better for shorter pot life because it pushes A and B to mix point simultaneously rather than dosing like the XM which requires an integrator hose
Is there any possibility to not cure the material in xm50 after spray?? The mixing ration is ok. Any other possibilities?
Супер!
Buen tutorial. Gracias.

Good explanations, we use raven, lifelast, belzona, carboline and lot more through our pumps and these pumps make it possible. Keep the vids coming please
Great pump. Love that it doesn't freeze and no pressure dive. It's also quite but helps with no loud compressor needed to run them
Thanks Oregon! That is great to hear.
Glad to see some good detailed videos on graco pumps. I tear down and rebuild these pumps everyday
Please let us know if there are any other videos we should make. Always looking for new ideas from those using our equipment every day. Thanks!
When in the field and experiencing a leak from the top of the cylinder, or a sticky ball in the piston, we've often put the sprayer on its back and removed the cylinder exposing the piston without dropping the whole lower leg. Because the throat packings are securely in place, guiding the piston, is there any real chance of damage when removing the cylinder against the direction of the lips of the piston packings? I suspect reinstalling it would be less risky because we're going in the direction of the lips. Thoughts?
how did you get around the fast set up time 15-30-60 minutes (depending on temp and humidity) minutes with using a gun and it not setting up in the lines or gun?
pfchotrod Hi! The job was in Minneapolis, so we were working with a pot life of an hour.
@@GracoProtectiveCoatingSprayers we're trying to use this stuff now with a roller ,not spray, and its setting up in 15-30 minutes like granite, the average day here in southeastern pa is 85-90 deg and 60%+ humidity.
Whenever a material sets up around 25 minutes or less, we recommend a plural component sprayer. Here is a link to our XP sprayer. Our area sales manager is John Lihwa and he’s fantastic. Very knowledgeable and can help you out. Here is his contact info. @@pfchotrod Hi! Wanted to check in and see how things were going. If you are still having an issues with the material, the Sherwin-Williams rep should be able to help. I spoke to Sherwin today and they said you should be getting a longer pot life on that material. Please keep me posted. Thank you!
