This is a beautiful thing you ladies are doing. I'm the father of six beautiful women who are all grown & on their own. I'm so glad I was in their lives to raise them & teach them all right from wrong & to teach them the importance of a good education and how to use that education to enrich their lives and not be bound to work for someone all their lives. What we need to to get to the route of the problem, and that's starts with the parents. Especially the Fathers! So many of us are missing in the home & our children's lives. This all goes back to the 60s & 70s when the government stopped offering opportunities for young men to learn a trade. Without a trade unemployment started to grow. Men became useless in the household. Then as the government started flooding the streets with drugs men became dependent on drugs & alcohol. But I believe we can combat this issue.

Very good documentary! It is inspiring to see how these women use their own experiences to empower others. Who would have thought they would find themselves in this position after all that they had lived through. I think their stories can uplift and inspire any person going through their own unique struggles. The woman who mentioned the hope the size of a mustard seed really challenged me to envision what I would want out of my own life.

Legalize it!!!!!!! You will never stop the world’s oldest profession. Legalized prostitution would generate much needed money for the states. It also would take the crime element out of it. Sex workers would have to have regular health check ups and a license to practice their trade. For women who wanted out or trapped in drugs /abusive relationships outreach programs could provide a way out. Some women might choose to do this to : pay off enormous student loans,buy a house, investing etc. etc. Sex between 2 consenting adults (even with payment) shouldn’t be illegal. I have a right to my life,liberty and pursuit of happiness! Just because you may not agree on moral grounds shouldn’t affect my freedoms……

*Amidst our fast.... I love these videos. I attend mass at a local monastery smack dab in the city of Boise, and it is so peaceful when you drive onto the grounds, from the hectic streets and people outside it. I like the idea of a solid stability to one place, and the quiet. But I am old and think too old to try anything with sisters. I listen to the fathers there at the monastery and do my confessions. They are soft spoken and are wise. I only wish more of the young folk would seek them out.
