Thank you very much for this video which taught and inspired me on my Qigong 18 practice. Over the years I continue to use your video because the music here is perfectly timed for every 30 second movements! I can’t find any other that works so fluidly 😄

Hi Nancy, your videos have been great for my learning of this beautiful form. I've been practicing Taijiquan for nearly four years and through this time have enjoyed fully the benefits of it. Now at the age of 65 even more so. I leave in London, UK and find it very difficult to get tutors of Yang family Taijiquan near me. So, I have found the online tutorials like yours a great help although I must admit that practicing away from class environment has its limitations, such as learning and practicing pushing hands etc. I'm lucky in so far that my background in martial arts as a younger man has helped me greatly to have an understanding of the basics of movement, balance , coordination and transition. There's so much more to learn, so thank you and all the people from the Yang Family Taiji Quan that help me and others like me to learn and practice these forms. Wish you all the best and good health, as my ancestors used to say "Healthy body-healthy mind" how truthful and wise they were! Thank you.

Welcome to tai chi! I'm so happy you're learning from the videos. In the beginning, tai chi can feel very challenging (because it is), however, over time it will feel effortless, peaceful and calming. The key is practice. So, keep practicing and enjoy!
