    I really feel like my scalp is so sore because of this reason I always put my hair up inna tight bun.

  • @violetta40

    I had long hair and wore my hair in a tight bun for years. It will gradually make your hair thin out at the temples , front of hairline and back of scalp. It will damage your healthy hair. Either get your hair cut to a comfortable length so you can wear it down or else put a couple barrets on the sides to keep hair out of your face or off your neck. Never pull your hair tight even in barrets. Always keep it loose.

    any hairstyle that is higher than my ears hurt my scalp and create a constant tension and pulling, I alsl have dandruff after 3-4 days and it stay after I wash my hair. what should I do? oil my scalp? use a scalp massager? or maybe just massage my scalp with a bamboo brush?

  • @No_346Name
    @No_346NameАй бұрын

    The point of the scalp massager here in the video is (I think) to get rid of the tension in the hair also about dandruff, you could use a scalp massager. I had the same problem not long ago and the scalp massager did wonders. Btw dandruff is a result of grease that's not washed properly from the scalp so oiling won't help.

    Use onion peel and curry leaves tonner Boil onion peel and curry leaves with 2 cups of water and let it boil until the water turns brownish in colour Then keep it aside until it cools down and then apply it on your scalp and ends using a spray bottle and after 30 mins wash it of with any mild shampoo Use this as a substitute for oil before shower but don't forget to oil you ends after shower for extra shine This remedy stopped my hairfall after using it for 6 months And losing hairs on regular basis after hair wash and after everyday after detangaling or combing is normal if the number of hair you are losing is 100 or less than hundred

    kzread.info/dash/bejne/qquZ1ayfXcXAcbg.htmlsi=KGFLBmxX0EmMRzQc l had seen this remedy from this video Also this channel has videos on other homemade shampoos,hair oils and hairmasks which l use Also avoid combing your hair too often I comb my hair only once in a day that is before sleeping and then after making a braid l wear my hair in a silk bonnet (it is handmade by me according to my hair length) and after waking up my hair are less tangled as the bonnet prevent them from friction. Apart from this if you want thick hair drink 8 ounces of water daily and avoid stressing out about hairfall because as much as you think about it you will get more stressed and stress is also one of the reason for hairfall.Also avoid tying your hair into a bun and try to secure them in a braid as it prevent roots from pulling. I hope your hairfall will stop and your hair will grow thinker ❤

    @@pacyguy7144 That is really interesting… I really don’t know the answer to that but it does remind me of what people say when it comes to micro needling the scalp for hair benefits (which I’ve started doing) which is “less may be better” (especially at needle sizes longer than 0.5mm) because some people want to prick the hell out of their scalp too frequently without giving time for the scalp to heal a good amount (because their logic is, If i do it a lot, I’ll see more hair and faster!) and supposedly, this will give negative effects, which I assume means hair LOSS in the area that you’re trying to get hair regrow/gain. It’s kind of like also when it comes to building muscle, you don’t want to be working out the same muscles every single day or you basically just keep injuring them over and over and over, exhausting them without letting proper healing / recovery take place which may lead to actual serious injury overtime that will set you back many weeks as well as possibly contribute to no real gains at all at the same time, lmao. My best guess would be that one hour every single day was just too much and or maybe you were going to hard on your scalp so you saw the sudden good side effects start to take place but it was just too much repeated injuring to the scalp. Did it lead to hair loss or something like that. Extra input if you don’t mind reading: Again, I’m not sure in what manner you were massaging your scalp, if it was with fingers, hairbrush, or one of those scalp massagers like in the video with the little silicone tips buuut I do know for a fact that it is possible to basically have too much friction to the scalp that leads to hair loss. For example, when it comes to cyclists, some of them may have a helmet that is frequently on their head, strapped tightly and over time it may rub against the top of their scalp, thus inducing a sort of (normally temporary) hair loss caused by the repeated friction at the top of their head. I’ve also heard that scratching at the scalp can also cause something similar if done over a long enough time which would cause a loss in hair density in the area. I’m assuming this is probably just what happened to you. This is honestly why I decided to hop onto the scalp micro needling routine instead as my main way of keeping good hair health. it just seems like it would be easier to keep track of the routine, and there was virtually no risk to causing hair loss via stamping of needles into the scalp (cause I read enough strong scientific info on it) compared to when I was massaging my scalp with a silicone tip massager. Nobody ever really says how long to do it, and for me, I’d only ever do it in the shower while conditioning my hair. I just hated how long it took and how I’d have to do it every day or every other day. I would only do it for like 5 - 10 minutes and that would get to me lol. My arm would start aching slightly and I’d be like “dammit I wanna get out of the shower already” so that’s when I learned I could use a 1.5mm micro needling stamp just once or twice (at most) a week and it would only take 5 - 10 minutes anyway lol, same as the massaging (minus having to be stuck in the shower the whole time) and since I don’t have any serious hair-loss, just a normally receding/aging set of temples/corners (I’m turning 25 soon) I jumped on this routine and now if I ever massage my Scalp, it’s just for fun or out of habit lol. One day I’ll just get me a quality LED helmet and stick to using that once or twice a week so I never really have to bother with the massaging again. It’s just annoying lol. Another real important thing to also make sure you’re on top of is your Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 levels. (They need each other to work effectively) because most people these days live indoors 90% of the way and the suns not always out in that other 10% of the time so there’s a good chance you could have a D3 deficiency which could lead to hair loss (usually a generalized loss in overall hair density all over the scalp from what I’ve seen, so it could even be hard to tell you have this unless you vividly remember having thicker hair and/or you took a blood test and checked your D3 levels) Lastly, don’t be using shampoo constantly unless you really need to, check the ingredients, and don’t leave it in more than a minute. I had the habit of shampooing every other day, and when I did, I would leave the shampoo in there for 3 to 5 minutes which is overkill and in turn, one day I had just got done drying my hair and I realized my “virgin” hair was HAY-LIKE. I mean, it was brittle! So dry! As soon as I started to only shampoo twice a week at best (unless I really had to) started leaving it it just for a minute, and made sure to start using my conditioner for the recommended 5 - 10 minutes, I started feeling such an improvement with that alone.
