They aren't filming for any reason at all they just want a reaction from the people who are inside that building. They just want to make a fuss over nothing. They are doing this for attention from the people inside federal buildings and state buildings. They want to see how far they can go until they are told to stop filming so they can upload it and say that their rights are being taken from them. This is all they do.

I can’t believe she said that! She works in a mental health facility and tries to act like you need mental health help because you are trying to get public records? She needs to be fired asap. And the thing she was reading about taking digital photos, it sounded to me that law/policy was for the staff not the public. Only they can violate HIPPA

Hey man, were the Keys in the ignition? That law specifically states key in the ignition I believe? SECTION 56-5-2570. Parking of unattended motor vehicle. No person driving or in charge of a motor vehicle shall permit it to stand unattended without first stopping the engine, locking the ignition, removing the key and effectively setting the brake thereon and, when standing upon any grade, turning the front wheels to the curb or side of the highway.
