Great video but terrible look to those offshore windmills at 4:56. The days of being able to look out at the beautiful ocean and natural views of the horizon are done for if we don’t fight it like we are doing in NJ.

Keep up the good work man, i think you need a place and better tools, first time i'd try to shape only with saw, rasp and sharpie. But all the plan and template is from computer, you can use free version of Shape3DX. For shaping room you need a long straight edge for rocker height (make sure the board doesn't move when you trim it, if it move the measurements will be way off) you can use this straight edge to calculate your thickness also. For glassing just keep your bare hand off the shaped blank

Except when very big --- a mushy, listless Doheny wave. When huge + favorable winds (exceedingly rare) it turns into "Bells." 25~30' faces in the '89 swell. 15 wave sets. Bigger than '09: (1) mutant/barreling A-frame. 300 yard rides. Mysto reef ~1.5 miles out: in "full eruption." i had a few set waves. The wave of the day -- ridden to Pilgrim Ave on my 6'2" "Lisle Coney" (S.A. shaper). A once in a lifetime for those who were there.
