Create Art of Nature Loss~
This is my challenge to change the discarded nature ingredients to beautiful art.
And this is my way to respect to the nature.
Nature Loss Art

What finishing oíl dis you use for It? Any special for food? Congratulations anda thank you
Thank you for the comment. I used Egoma oil at that time. It's vegetable oil.
I subscribe to your channel, I find your carving projects are useful. Making forgotten wood nature to be significant and useful. I’ll do the projects you shared in your channel. I am encouraged by your creativity. Blessings
This time I will do it manually with the help of woodglut designs.
Where did you get your chisels man
I love your videos, i wish you made more :)
What a beautiful spoon! I love watching these videos and admiring others work, It is truly inspiring.
Thank you !
Did you use some type of oil for coating? Or beeswax mixed with other organic substances? It’s a beautiful spoon. Excellent skills. Update: never mind, I watched your other spoon videos, and saw your English instructions! Thank you! Also the oil you used is 荏胡麻油? Only Perilla Oil? Anyway, thank you for your subtitles. I only started woodwork, and I will make a spoon next. :)
Thank you for the comment. At that time, I use But this is long time ago, and I use Butcher Block Conditioner now. I recommend this oil, please check it.
@@naturelossart6685 thank you! I will try to find in local stores! Much appreciated!
@@Gold_Lightan Please check Amazon !
@@naturelossart6685 thank you! I did find in Amazon JP. It had good reviews!! I will buy a bottle to try it out. I looked at your instagram. Wondering work! Perfectly symmetrical shapes! 👏
What do you put on the leather?
Thank you for the comment. I use "Tokonole" for the leather. This is a kind of wax for leather and I think you can buy at Amazon.
Nice, we carve spoons here in Australia. Finding your videos very calming
Where have you gone, my friend? I miss your relaxting videos. The camera work, your skill, the into music... I hope you are well and look forward to seeing what you come up with next. Thank you for being an inspiration to me.
Thank you for the comment. And so sorry that I could not update my youtube. I'm keeping my craft work, and everyday I make spoon, fork, etc. But I don't have time to edit movie... Oneday I restart it, so please wait for a while.
Wish to see more of your beautiful artworks!
one video and im in love with your channel. amazing work! i hope i can craft as well as you someday :)
Thank you for your comment !
interesting. Did you just boil the wood in watter.
Thank you. Yes, just boiled for short time.
@@naturelossart6685 what time and temp.
Beautiful artwork
If I were to use this bowl and a rock as a mortar and pestle and crush some herbs, would the herb oils seep into the wood and ruin it?
Thank you for the comment. Sorry, it's difficult to say, because I've never tried. I guess you can use it, and if you wash and dry this bowl, you can use it again.
This was a beautifully made video, loved how calming it was and watching the process. Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank you so much!
Veru nice
Thank you!
What kind of oil and how long do you let it set?
Thank you for the comment. I use Egoma oil, and put it for about 10 minutes. But recently, I don’t use this method. I just put the different oil very thinly and that’s all.
Why the soap wash and hot water soak after carving? It’s a really beautiful piece.
Thank you for the comment! It’s old wood and I usually do them to clean and for sterilization. Just in case.
@@naturelossart6685 I watched about a dozen of your videos today and your work is truly remarkable. Very inspiring. Why do you wrap the piece in plastic wrap after oiling?
Oh, thank you so much for watching my video. I used the wrap to make oil soak into the wood, at that time. But it's old video and recently I don't use this method. Now I just paint the oil thinly, and dry without wrap. By the way, my favorite oil now is Butcher Block Conditioner.
Your videos are magnificent!!
Thank you!
This is a really good video. It should have more views.
Thank you so much!
I agree I enjoyed the video! Going to try it out.
This is absolutely beautiful, may i ask what kind of finish you put on the wood and why you covered it in clear wrap?
Thank you for the comment! I used "Egoma oil" at that time. The purpose of wrap is to make wood absorb the oil.
@@naturelossart6685 Hi, what is the purpose of the oil? Can I do it without oil? I'm worried it isn't food safe.
Where do you get design inspiration?
Hi, it’s just intuition !
Good carving, i wonder your oil finish?
Thanks! I used Egoma oil for this. But recently I use Butcher Block conditioner.
Beautiful video!
Thank you so much!
@@naturelossart6685 glad you like!
Very beautiful :)
Thank you !
Your videos are so beautiful thank you for creating this content it helps me out as someone starting woodworking
Thank you !
Wow😊🙏
Why Do you Used Hot water ? How long did you put it in there ?
Sorry to be late... it's about 10 minutes and the purpose is "sterilization".
I’m new to woodworking/carving stuff and am wondering why you put it into hot water? Could someone please explain to me?
Hi, I’m doing it for sterilization. I mean I have to kill the bacteria because it’s old wood. I think not all creater doing it, so it’s up to you.
Very beautiful
Thank you!
I really like your work. I am just starting out in wood working. Is it plain water you keep dropping your pieces in? Hot/cold? How long? And why? I haven’t seen other people in videos doing that.
Thank you for comment! I’m using waterproof sandpaper, so I use water, and it’s cold. The surface becomes very smooth.
I am trying to carve this one, and I cannot get the shape right! :) Great work! Thank you!
Thank you for the comment ! Actually this shape is not so strong, because it’s vertical to the wood fiber. I recommend to carve parallel to the fiber, like the other spoon. Sorry, it’s my mistake.
@@naturelossart6685 The grain on my first try goes the correct way. :) I like the way yours looks, but I was afraid it would break. Keep the videos coming, they're great!
Thank you, I’ll do my best !
I just found your channel!! Keep up the great work! subscribed!
Thank you!
I enjoyed your video :) Keep it up! Would you like to be KZread friends? :)
