Damn, love the look of this bag, not so much the video. I bought the pattern before seeing the video, like always, not sure if I will do that again. Even after watching this several times, I'm still not sure how some things were done. Maybe I use the videos as too much of a crutch, but I do like having a better reference to fall back on.

No, the black strips with the smaller strips sewn in behind them in the edges. It's like a reinforced edge gusset? Not sure what to call it, but I like it!

@@NMiller_ The edges are reinforced that way and also makes them sharper so they keep their shape. We used this method for the Mimic as well but to a smaller extent

There isn't a video tutorial as it would have been 2 hours long. We've included an assembly diagram which if you want I can send to you beforehand and which should save you time. PM me on Etsy if you wish to take a look

@@Joshua-Mason Very likely, without any assembly guidelines. Some places needed water casing, others had a very tricky way of being attached. It's not the case with this project and the exploded view should suffice. As always, I'm ready to guide you myself if you get stuck so please let me know if you run intro trouble
