it’s a habit but i think it’s a little quicker, also if you’re running and press X you will forward roll instead of crouch, so box popping is easier in that sense

While yes, MGO2 SDM mode looks like Battle Royale, it is still an old good "Last Man Standing" but with unique time/zone limit mechanics, because youre spawning with your loadout already. You're missing on the premise of BR, being the combination of "Looter Shooter" genre and "Last Man Standing" gamemode. So the Arma3's PUBG mod is still the first one. But I think the author of said mod was surely taking some notes from other games, mgo2 not an exception.
