  there is a full week of activities promoted middle June inside the roman walls of the City Council at Lugo (spain) north-west of Spain, The Roman Wall of Lugo was declared World Heritage in 2000 for constituting the best living example of military fortifications from the late Roman Empire preserved in Europe also taking "Arde Lucus" to the streets of Madrid in January , was a success. Thousands of people made a corridor on both sides of the streets where some 150 members of the associations of the Romano Castrexa festivals paraded. The procession left the Plaza de Oriente at half past five in the afternoon bound for Puerta del Sol.The people of Madrid and visitors who found the parade began to make videos and take photos with the troops of the legions and castrexa tribes. Both at the beginning and at the end, the members of the associations that attended (there were 12 of the 19) received hundreds of requests to take photos or so that the children could touch the armor and weapons."

  Bonjour , vidéo très intéressante ,didactique . J'habite en France ,près d'une abbaye cistercienne ,celle de Fonfroide , qui a connu une apogée et un déclin. Le déclin de celle ci est dû, en particulier, au phénomène de ' la commande " , un prélat étranger à la communauté venait régulièrement percevoir du bénéfice monétaire de ladite abbaye . Ce phénomène a touché beaucoup de monastères français . Ce privilège n'a existé ,peut -être , seulement la France ? Je ne sais ?

  I could consume about 3k calories a day when I was in the US Army as a tanker over 20 years ago. I went from 120 to 150 lbs in about 3 years without going to the gym, just by performing physically-demanding tasks and physical training. Roman soldiers used to consume about/over 4k calories. These guys were beats!!!
