Is it just the damage effect of DaVinci?

The real work is done by the LUT call REC709 Kodak 2383 D65. It add the blurriness and color that make the video look that way. The damage effect creates moving line in left half of the screen, basic adding a bit of noise onto the video.

Welp, its some kinda effort, but to achieve a true cinematic effect, ya shoulda used the built in color gamut to highlight things.

Thanks for the advice, Anonymous Coward. I'm a hobbyist photographer trying to learn video, and appreciate all the help that I can get to improve. What software do you use to edit your videos? I m learning about Davinci Resolve. I believe you suggested using the qualifier and increasing increase the brightness of the object that I want the video to pay attention to, correct?

Hello, FOURTH-1000; yes was shot in cinema dng onto an external SSD drive to get the 12-bit raw. I am still trying to figure out all the video stuff. I am coming over from the photography side, and the post-production in DaVinci Resolve is new to me. I am sure that it can look nicer with colour grading and better effects. Thank you for being the first to comment on my channel and video.
