I purchased 3 tickets to Faith No More which was canceled due to the pandemic on the 10th of Febuary 2020. There is no way to contact Ticketek besides lodging a ticket with them through their website. I have filled out the form asking for a refund 4 or 5 times now only to still not have received my and my friends money returned to us. I am now forced to report them to the ACCC in an attempt to receive a refund. This has simply been the worst customer experience of my life, What a waste of my time and hugely frustrating, I never want to use these Fuckers ever again!!!
